Theory#2: Precursors and flood are connected. Theory #1: what is that pheonix on the halo 5 trailer, well the most common theory is that it is Mendicant Bias as his two halves were reunited on the ark in halo three but the thing most people are forgetting is that the forerunners built another Bias to fight the ramant Mendicant during the forerunner flood war. my theory starts with this.
