Frozen Wolf, the game is broken....there is so many bugs and the patches are making it worst. The best thing I can tell you is wait for 343i to announce that is release is available for refund. you can always call xbox

Everyone there is nothing we can do about the broken Halo MCC, the company has blocked refunds on this game. Just ask yourself...after basiclly paying for a Beta game, do you really want to buy Halo 5 from this company?? I'm most definiatly not, they refuse to give refunds for a broken game and expect gamers to trust them with a new game. Everyone just let them have there profit and just refuse to buy the next game. Xbox will be begging Bungie to come back to Halo.

That logic would only stand if every game after the one we refuse to buy is perfect as a result of our refusal to buy the one with temporary launch issues.

That's not the point; the point is that if you buy the MCC, you encourage such action.

Then go ahead and not buy it. But marginally discouraging a temporary problem isn't worth skipping out on the entire game to me. And it seems that goes for most of the longtime members of this site.

It's been about 2 weeks and the heart of this game is still non-functional, I think it's pretty clear that this game is broken. Beta games are not to be sold for profit and I think its time to do the customers right and refunds should be issued. There have been 2 patches....a server patch that didn't require the user to download anything and a 2GB patch that was released on Friday. It's broken, so give everyone their money back. There are not suppose to sell Beta games. Kind of funny on how they blocked refunds on digital purchases, they knew the game was broken before launch. The only thing you can really do is hope for patches and refuse to buy Halo 5.
