how do you contact an administrator?

hello, I have been playing the halo Master Chief collection and have been having problems saving the game and picking up from where I have left off. Originally, when I first began playing I was not connected to the Internet and I would play a campaign and save...it would just load and freeze while loading and the only option was the star of the mission from the beginning. I've been connected to the Internet and began playing the campaign I would then save, and when I press resume I would just have a black screen however I was still able to hear everything in the game. If I were then to press pause I would be able to see the pause menu. If someone could please help me figure out what is going on it would be greatly appreciated, or if someone could tell me when the next update would be so that way I can stop being aggravated with one of my favorite games. Thank you.
