Hi everyone:
First of all, I would like to wish a very happy holiday to everyone. The issue I encountered is as follows - I purchased the Halo: Master Chief Collection on the 23 of December, 2014. After purchasing the game, I was informed that those who played the game between the 11 of November and the 19 of December would receive a number of free items as an apology for the issues of the game (https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/community/blog-posts/halo-the-master-chief-collection-thank-you). I realized that I only purchased/played the game four days from the cutoff, yet I am ineligible for the items being awarded. I am extremely dissatisfied with this because I am experiencing the same issues others were experiencing four days before me even after the patch, such as uneven teams during matchmaking and absurdly long wait times in between matches, however I will receive nothing for my troubles.
I was notified from a representative at Microsoft that I would receive an e-mail response within 24 hours and this would be from an official member of 343 industries. I expect to see this.
