Halo MCC freezes at Title Screen

Whenever I start up Halo MCC, it always freezes on the title screen when I press A to go to the main menu. It freezes, makes an irritating vibrating noise, and then boots me to dashboard. I've already tried hard resetting my Xbox and reinstalling the game. Does anyone know what the problem is?
