Qahnaarin Vadum

Since this morning I have not been able to look at anything within my player ID which is very frustrating. I want to know what I need to do for some things to unlock them and change them such as nameplates and avatars. If anyone can give me any advice on how to fixed this it would be much appreciated. Note: I have power cycled my Xbox taken the game out and played something else and tried later.
