Unfortunately, I didn't keep a copy of yesterday's conversation with Xbox Support as I didn't expect to need it for anything. I just finished talking to them again today (kept a copy of this conversation) and I did mention that I'd been linked to the wrong site (although thinking about it didn't actually state that it was this site they linked me to *facepalm*) so hopefully it won't happen again, but I think we both know they'll probably do sod all about it. On a happier note, my problem has been resolved, smiles all around. EDIT: minor typo

Just got off Xbox support again, guy gave me a 1 month code almost straight away then started talking to me about Judas Priest (not sure why) Mods, feel free to lock this thread now

I'm not sure whether or not that was supposed to come across as hostile, but I promise you I was linked here directly by Xbox support. I also swear that I was sent a message with a code in it for 1 month's subscription via Xbox LIVE so I know that I've missed out on something. I am now seeking help on 343i's actual website, hopefully I'll have some slightly less hostile responses than I did here.

Yeah, they sent me here. I thought it strange too, but that's MS support for you -.- I swear, I was sent a message with the code. I know it wasn't someone trolling me because it only had the delete option, not a reply one, so it was certainly from someone official. Back to square one then, I suppose

Hi, I accidentally deleted the message I received over Xbox LIVE with my free 1-month subscription to Xbox Live that was sent out to all user who had played MCC before 19/12 Only just loaded up my 360 after buying a One months back, so I only just saw the message ('cause seriously, does anyone even know how to use the One's interface?) and accidentally hit delete without redeeming the code. Spoke to Xbox support about it and they told me to post a thread here, so here it is! Thanks in advance, Elec7rify
