I apologize. I was told that If I posted this here that I would get a reply from someone who could help because there is kind of no way to get in contact with anyone that can help. I'm a little bit clueless.
The reason im asking is because everyone who DID receive their month of Xbox live recieved a message and I didnt. I checked on my account and no extra month was added. I'm also not tryin to cheat the system. I got the game on the 16 and played it the same day. do you know how I can contact Halo Waypoint? Or should I contact Xbox Customer Suppoet?
