Can anyone tell me how to get the Master Chief armor after completing Legendary Mode on Halo 4?? I can't get xbox Live support to help as it is an "in-game" issue. How do I get 343 Industries to assist me?? Please help!

I beat the campaign in Legendary Mode but have not received the armor....why not???? I received the Achievement but no armor.
