I missed publicly thanking INSIGNIA for creating the "SURVIVOR" banner for us. Thank you!

My favorite map of all times was Colossus. I played a lot of Skirmish back in the day and that map was king for Flag and Bomb games It had everything and was a great slayer map to boot!

Official sign Up Thread! Official Q and A Thread Welcome to SURVIVOR Halo Style! This contest is truly unlike all others. This will be both a team and individual contest that will test your desire to win. Depending on the number of participants, teams will have a maximum of 6 players initially and these teams will compete against one another. The loosing team will be sent to a voting council and have to vote off one of their own members. The contest will continue as a team event until there are only 6 players left. Then the challenges will become individual competitions that will leave only two remaining survivors. The 4 contestants of the individual challenges that did not survive will join together with the 3 final players voted off in the team contests to form a seven member jury that will vote for one of the final two survivors for a winner. There will be a wide variety of challenges, or mini games, that will test players skill, ability to communicate and ability to work together as a team. Players may want to join together and make pacts or go lone wolf. All contestants that participate and get voted off will receive a special award for being part of SURVIVOR Halo Style. There will also be a single hidden immunity item that will allow one player to use after the vote has been counted and before being voted off is confirmed. One of the prizes that will go to the winner will be a copy of Halo 4! Stay tuned for more details over the next few days! The sign ups will begin on Monday so get the word out and start preparing for a fun competition!

Happy 343ICF Birthday Donut! You have always kept that shout box rolling. I miss seeing you in there as much as you used to be. I have always enjoyed your friendship here and hope to see you when you are in college. I wish the best for you in school and hope you will always find the time to drop in and say hi.

You can camp Boardwalk as well, if that is your sniping style. Point is, everyone has there own favorite maps. It is "silly" for you to think your opinion about camping can't be applied to any map.

I like snipers on Headlong/Breakneck back in the day, but it is part of HCEA. Unless it has recently been put into Reach's sniper rotation, I don't know if it was what the OP had in mind.

Hemorrhage is my favorite map for snipers. I give you long, medium and close quarter sniping engagements has nice terrain features for cover and the vapor trail on such a large map helps you to locate enemy snipers unless they are moving regularly. Short of a large urban environment, which Reach does not offer, I think it is the best map for sniping.

I have one account that is permanently set for "Offline" under settings. I also have notifications turned off on the account. There are just times when you want to be online by yourself, without interruptions, and not feel the need to return messages of why you don't want to be in a party of accept game invites. If I am looking at my friend list and see someone on I want to talk or play with I will message them. Point is, it is a personal preference and should be respected.

Welcome to the forum Danny! I hope you have taken the time to read the pinned topic at the top of the "Intro" forum. The shout box is a good place to meet members and find out anything you want to know about the forum.

Whether anyone else realizes this or not, I appreciate your input for the channel. You know I always respected your talents there and will always be open to hear suggestions for the channel.
