I like the idea but without multiple ranked playlists people like me would get their one 50 and get bored of the game without anything else to do lol also everyone varies is skill level from playlist to playlist so if they played all team slayer to get their 50 and they were bad at team snipers when they go to play snipers they match up with 50's in that and cant do anything

and to all the people who say it would be over powered, instead of putting in a bloom to slow down shots take bloom out and program it so you have to shoot slower duuh! "WINNING!"

Bloom does to reach what should have never happened in ANY halo game it adds a LUCK factor into the game no matter how you look at it were as before halo was almost a completely skill based game with luck spammers can win against people who pace there shots perfect and its not a rare event either bloom fails and needs to be taken out
