Hi, just had the same thing happen to me with a friend playing co-op. We were playing through the whole Master Chief Saga playlist got up to Halo 2 mission 15 and the game wouldn't resume. Now it says that I've completed 14/45 but if I hit resume it takes us back to the first mission Pillar of Autumn in Halo CE. Do not want to have to play through the whole game again just to have this happen again.
