I have called Microsoft for help 4 times and have spoken with different people, they give me this link and say this is where you have to post your issue - on there end they have the record of my digital download of the game the night it was released . There is no support email or phone number to call - I have searched and searched

I just got off a long discussion with Microsoft , they said the only way to get in touch with 343 is throught this forum. So that is what I am trying to do - I recieved the pre release down load of Halo MCC in November , and They have it on record but still have not recieved and of the free stuff promised .I am not sure what to do ??
