Nope, its not there. The game is not there at all...

So yeah, I downloaded the game, and there is no visible way to launch it. I have tried through TMCC and I have tried through multiple ways on my console... What is going on?

I downloaded it and even pinned it to my home screen, and it doesn't launch. It does not show up on my "My Games & Apps" or the TMCC game. Then I read and so... I can only access it if I have a digital copy of TMCC? or did I miss read.
