I bought an xbox one that came with the Halo MCC, I downloaded it, but I was never able to play because my xbox live account got hacked, and I'm no longer able to access it. I contacted Microsoft, and they told me to contact you and see if you could help me out. I really want to play MCC, but I can't right now, please help! Thanks
