Nope still dont have an email. I looked in the forum, my regular email and on my xbox one but never got any emails with the code

I bought Halo; the Master Cheif Collection when it cam out, both on and offline. Got the email saying that I got it and can download it, But the redeem code never came to my xbox live messenger account or my email account. It said I was clearly eligible and should get it but no code ever came. Btw my Gamertag on the xbox one is Epyon022, PM me if you need any more info-Thanks
