    Hello, I received my limited collector's edition today. When I opened the packaging I noticed that the head of the right statue (not Master Chief, his head is on tight) was not on the statue itself. Instead it was floating in the packaging. I wanted to know if this was a defect or if the product was meant to be like this. I called Xbox support and was told to come here as 343i has no contact phone number. If this is a defect I would like a replacement statue.
