I found out the problem. I have Time Warner cable and am located in the Northeast region. I was LEASING a modem from TWC and purchased a modem today (Netgear N600). Halo 5 is now running smooth as ever. No lag, no more watching people running into place into walls. Advice: Buy a new modem! It will save you bill in the long run anyway. These outdated modems that timewarner has are complete garbage.

Experiencing lag spikes in every multiplayer game for Halo. I consistently watch other players running place against walls in the map. This occurs for 1-2 minutes then everything is back to normal for about 30 seconds. This happens on repeat. My connection is fine 35 down 6 up. Directly connected to my modem and no other games have had lag for me. My ISP is Time Warner and I am in Western NY.
