Undoing Halo24

It start to happening the weekend halo 5 came out. One night i was play a game of breakout the i started to lag and im getting kick out of every other. Its still happening and it makes me mad. Yes i have hard reset my xbox and modem. I have a download speed of 16 mbps and a upload of 5-6 mbps. Its qlso happening to one other person I've talk to.
