343 I want my money back!!!!! Im sooo frustrated with your game. Just because I have time warner cable in new york I cant play your stupid game, my favorite game. But you guys literally robbed me cuz your online gameplay does not work why cant you at least try to fix this problem? Ive bought everygame this one I spent 100$ on n got it at midnight. So please respind to this, fix your game or give me a damn refund this is B.S. You guys dropped the ball so bad. Is anyone even reading our comments!?! Youd be pissed too if halo didnt work AT ALL for you so just stay out of it.

I have time warner cable in buffalo area and cannot play halo 5 online. My internet is fine! I have had a tech from twc over twice since halo 5 release. Please help! Also have exact same problem as Narofu above. Extremely frustrating to me and my brother and friends.
