The .gif you made from the frames 343 used in the 10th terminal look to be the same frames 343 used in the gif on the xbox.com halo 4 page. Excellent work adam! Did a search as well, lol! Guess who's post showed up on the first page of the search! MINE!! from adam's thread. I already did a complete search on the numbers, attempting to input them as coordinates. Pretty interesting though, lol!

The only problem I have with this theory is I don't believe Didact/Bornstellar is the enemy. Didact's aggression towards humans had slowly subsided the more time he spent with Chakas and Riser. Heck, he even used Chakas' mind to build 343 Guilty Spark. We know the symbol is Forerunner, just nothing confirmed to who it belongs to or refers to yet. Hopefully 343 will give us a little more info on this in the near future.

I completely agree with your theories. Faber or Didact corrupted Both are logical but I just don't see Didact having a grudge against humans unless that part is explained in the next book. I do look for Mendicant Bias to return in the trilogy at some point possibly to aid the humans and Master Chief. All of his "shards" that were scattered are not accounted for. So the numbers must be in reference to the CEA terminals. - [044675.04.21.21.34.56] But what? Alot of people are assuming the enemy in H4 and this symbol is reference to the Didact but I don't think it is. The symbol is similar but it is upside down. Didact's symbol as seen in CEA terminal - The image in the gif and at the end of the trailer has the solid hex in the center and the line is on top. With that in mind, I believe whoever is on Requiem in the Cryptum is the complete opposite of Didact...... which tells me Faber. Just my opinion. Still in all, very interesting that 343 would embed the gif on the official Halo 4 page. I am still attempting to break apart the audio. It sounds like a distress call or someone attempting to contact the Infinity. Will post any findings.

Actually the numbers are 4657.04.21.21.34.56]. Here are a few clearer frames of the gif. Frame 2............ Frame 14............ Note the intricate Forerunner symbol in frame 14. So then we can assume that the unseen numbers here are "04". 044675.04.21.21.34.56] - same as the terminal Didn't these numbers also have something to do with the SIR thread as well? So I was going through alot of old Halo 4 news and information today when I noticed something rather peculiar when I went to www.xbox.com/halo4. It was something that had never caught my attention before and found it rather interesting. Now I know Halo 4 has been advertised on xbox.com for quite a while now but I don't recall anyone ever posting about this information. If someone already has, then I apologize in advance for the duplication. Image of www.xbox.com/halo4 I am assuming the background to be the deck of the UNSC Infinity. Notice the 4 monitors doing there usual maintenance (3 on the right and 1 on the left). I have highlighted the monitors. Now being displayed on the screens of these monitors are 4 different .gifs playing in a random order on each monitor. Now those are just normal .gifs that are inserted in the source code to be displayed for the web page. There is however a fifth .gif not embedded in the source code which is why I'm posting this topic. A rather peculiar .gif, if I might say. I have even gone to the lengths of breaking it apart and grabbing each individual frame below. To save room, I will post as a spoiler. The .gif consists of 64 frames so I just added one of the last few images of the forerunner symbol. You have always taken the time to answer questions about the site no matter how mundane or simplistic they were, or moving topics that were wrongly placed out of impulse and not thought through. "Their" - could possibly be referring to Forerunners (for annihilatiing the Precursors) or Humans (for attempting to open the shrine, hince errors) "final hour rapidly approaches" - the ancient evil is upon us, soon he will come "the shrine will soon be ignited" - could refer to the door to the shrine being opened, but what is in the shrine?? The Ancient Evil?? What really throws me off within the text of these artifacts is the fact that Precursors deemed Forerunners "unworthy" to carry the mantle so they chose Humans instead. Forerunners kill Precursors, Forerunners kill Humans, Forerunners kill Forerunners (firing the Halo array). Will have to think on this a bit more. *frustrated* My head hurts, lmao!!
