"History winding back upon itself" Could mean one of two things..... Either it's referring to the events that lead up to the conclusion of the Precursor/Forerunner war or...... when the Forerunners decided to de-evolve Humans because they felt "threatened" by us. That's how I'm interpreting this, will think on it a bit more later and post my thoughts.

Playable Reach characters in Halo 4 not likely. However, assuming we will see an updated version of Firefight, then I expect to see a few "voices" from Reach.
