This all started Wednesday mid day, I continued to be disconnected and I am assuming that the servers can not differentiate between a player quitting and lagging out. So with that being said I'm also assuming that the server thought i was quitting all of these games early so it placed me on a 23 hour ban. So I figured I would call 343 directly and I would be able to have this problem resolved. Low and behold! They have ABSOLUTELY ZERO form of communication other than halo way point which you get no responses on. So I told my self to just wait it out and play the next day, well it is the next day and the ban was lifted, but wouldn't ya know it, I got ANOTHER ban today for 2 days, 23 hours and 50 minutes.... and it was after a game that i had completed till the end, which doesn't make any sense what so ever. I have tried to reach 343 through twitter, 1-8004myxbox, microsoft, halo way point, and now through here and I haven't even heard a peep from them. Please if someone in here could please help that would be wonderful.
This is getting ridiculous how can a company launch such a massive game that is going to be played by people all over the world, and not have a direct line for customer support... mind blowing.
