Warzone req bundles not showing up

I purchased 3 Warzone req bundle and thought I had more coming but much to my disappointment I haven't received anymore so I bought my 3rd bundle this week. I redeemed the code I got and I still haven't gotten my Warzone reqs 2 are supposed to get to me each week. I have contacted Xbox support and they can't help. What the h is going on please help ?
