I joined this community forum yesterday to find out what went wrong with my waypoint profile. I wanted to get some answers but couldn't find them. Yesterday I've had too much trouble trying to get Microsoft to help me with my problem with retrieving data for Halo 5. It's now a nuisance. I got reset to rank 1 and I can't view any of my requisitions in a game of warzone. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out I've tried everything.

This is weird. I've been having this issue for the past two days and can't post anything on halo waypoint because it says I have reached my limit of 0 posts. So, I'll have to do it here. My problem is I'm now at rank 1 when I boot up the game and after every game I play I get retrieving data. I get no experience or req points. I've tried every troubleshoot there is for fixing this problem. I need help. I want to play some have and get rewarded after each match.
