My issue is that despite completing the requirements to unlock some items, they remain locked and I am unable to access them. I believe that this has happened more than once, but the most prominent example that comes to mind is my apparent inability to unlock the Flaming Skull emblem for Halo 5 multiplayer. It is supposed to be unlocked through getting a Spartan Slayer pack. However, I've already completed the Spartan Slayer commendation and still haven't unlocked it. So.... Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
