  1. A helmet would be absolutly awesome!!! and btw just face there isn't going to be a figurine and helmet. It will be one or the other. But there could be a booklet and a helmet or a bokklet and a figurine. Just sayin...
  2. The only thing wrong with the beat down system is that you can double beat down way to easily. If they add a 1.5 or 2 second delay between hiting the same player with a beat down it would give you enough time to finish the player off with a couple of shots or at least back away far enough to not get killed by the second beat down. The fact that a melee just drains your shields is completly fine. Thats how they fixed the hole AR problem of shooting a guy for a second and then beating him down.
  3. Ya i know what you mean. Im just saying, thats exactly what the budget was for; they just had a different way to do it so that it was less obvious.

  5. you said not a budget and instead a max number of things to put. But thats all the budget was. i don't know why people complain about the budget so much. Yes, it can be iratating but its just so you don't overload the map with objects.
  6. Actually it is REALLY CHEAP and your dumb (and an obvious armor lock noob) to not think so. It takes no time what so ever to use so it can block swords or melees (not to mention when you block a melee it drains your opponents shields). In addition it not only survives rockets or fuel rod gun shots, but it actually deflects them. You can also look 360 degrees around you so if someone tries to finish you off by getting behind you and beating you down, you can just turn around while still in armor lock and trade kills. Face it buddy, its cheap and the only people who use it are those who can't finish there kills with headshots the first time around. And, just by the way, if you still think it isn't cheap, if it wasn't cheap and took the least bit of skill to use, why would it not be in the mlg playlist?
  7. I can't agree with you at all about the bloom. all the bloom does is make you miss shots when you could finish off a player with a head shot. It just gives noobs a chance to trade kills if they get lucky. If they take out bloom (witch by the way might even happen in Reach in select game types, because bungie said they would release a patch to go with Halo Anniversary)It would return to the way it was in Halo 3: whoever had the better BR/DMR would get the kill; simple as that. Second, when i say rank system, i really mean the skill level from Halo 3 Ranked playlists. no one really cared about there overall social slayer rank. they should screw the credit rank up system and just use credits to buy armor or customize your spartan in any other way they might add. The Halo 3 Ranked system truly reflected your general skill level; a level 20 in snipers wont be nearly as good as a level 45 in snipers.
  8. those are some good ideas but as for the budget, they might expand it but its meant to keep you from overloading your map with objects because it would make it really slow to play on and have huge load times; so i dont think they will remove the budget (they may replace it with a max objects count but i doubt it)
  9. Actually people say that because, by comparison Reach was far worse than halo 3. And im saying this as a die hard halo fan.
  10. The DMR isn't "Great". but only because of bloom. take bloom out and your good to go
  11. Theres not much to it, let me know what you think about: -armor abilities -bloom -double beat downs -rank up system -weapons to bring back/remove and any other things related to this topic
  12. Thats exactly what i think. But only, you should get credits that actually reflect how well you did in the game (example, take in to acount:kill death ratio, number of kills/assists vs game length, average life duration) and not just get credits for completing the game.
  13. sorry, i don't mean to be super offensive or anything but i think thats not the best idea. the best part about the campaing is the fact that when you play on legendary or even heroic, its hard. more ammo and health would just make it easier. Although I hope they bring back the skulls to find throughout the campaign. They were awesome easter eggs in Halo 3

  15. at most i think being able to customize small aspects of the helmets would be cool, but the editor wouldn't really be needed
  16. In Forge World,you will notice 2 waterfalls on the side of the cliff outside the colliseum. these are outside an invisible map boundary. I think it would be absolutly amazing if you could interact with water to make it a part of your map (and i dont just men have a platform just bellow sea level so that your standing in a puddle). for example: if i put blocks under the waterfalls, the water should bounce off them and not just go through. Another example would be, if I put a man cannon in water, it should shoot the water into the air (like an arc), somewhat like a fountain would.   17. OK,so you no doubt know that the halo reach forge world was an amazing improvement over the halo 3 forge world, but, is there anything to add? I think so. Im not gonna list off everything, however, there is one thing that i really want them to add: tools or aspects that ennable you to personilize your maps even further.
