If you have a ton of saved content that could be your problem. The maximum limit is 100 total combined content. Items like films, game variants, custom maps, screenshots etc. If you think you are at the max limit try deleting some screenshots or something and try again.

About the only thing I would like to see it for is something like voice commands. Kinect + Halo... It just doesn't fit right. Kill Justin Beiber!

Before you post, this is not a rant or a petition, it's just an opinion. So, I love to play double team. In fact, it's one of my favorite playlists. Since the quiting is so rediculous on Reach these days, I think that if your teamate quits out on you, that YOU should be able to quit and NOT get penalized for it. I hate nothing more than more than my teamate quiting on me and then getting severly PWN'd and not wanting to quit out of fear of being banned, especially in objective type games. What do you guys think?

As far as I know there were 12 rings originally constructed. I heard this along time ago from a book called Cryptum (I think it was called that.), but I have never personally read the book so some one else should elaborate.
