I agree, on all counts. Also, Emblem placement. A choice of whether to place an emblem on the chest, shoulder, or side of the helmet would be outstanding.

Overall, I think it'll be a win. With nearly two years since Reach, and who knows when Frank and Co. actually began work on it, it had better be.

If that big machine the size of a moon truly is the Shield World that was inside Onyx, then perhaps our beloved Master Chief will find his way to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. There, we should see Dr. Halsey and the gang chilling out around a campfire, cookin' up a bird and boiling some water in a SPI helmet, talking about who might be winning the war, and whether they'll ever see anyone else again.

LOL omg, V. How that made me chuckle. Just last night I dreamt that I had to go to elementary school and I was with a friend and his mother, who was driving us. Now, I don't recall anything particularly interesting occurring. What I do remember is thinking to myself, either inside the dream or maybe just as I was dreaming, "Why am I going to school? I'm 27-f<expleted>ng years old!"

Jeez… Sounds bad, but I can't honestly relate. Let's see… Well, I've been cheated on by a couple of women. But I've also been the guy a few women have cheated on their men with. Call it karma if you'd like. All I can say about bad people is this: Many times, a victimizer had also been a victim at least once. Does this make their behavior right? No. But it's a vicious cycle, and there is far more to blame for any given wrongdoing.

If I had other people with me who weren't intent on getting themselves or the rest of us killed, I'd steer them toward some semblance of community, the construction and defense of a fortress, the forming of salvage parties, and ideally a council system of government. If I was alone, however, I would most likely get <expleted>-faced drunk and eat a gun.

I think it will depend largely on the market at the time. I mean, we're talking about roughly another 10 years. There may well be another epic multiplayer FPS out that trumps Halo, especially if Bungie has anything to do with it. And if the market for Halo games dries up, we can expect H6 to be the final iteration.

I don't care much for colored visors (currently I use silver for just that reason). But! I will say that I wouldn't mind visor art. Can you imagine the possibilites? Skull or Death's Head, shark, dragon, tiger, claw scratches, teeth or fangs, flames, smiley or frowney faces… These could be painted on, etched in (a la Emile's EVA helm), or made semi-opaque to look like the visor itself had been designed that way. I would do backflips over that. xD

Aww. Well, happy belated birthday, Lucille, wherever you are. I honestly never watched much of I Love Lucy, but I know how it impacted many of the sitcoms that came after it. Not to mention all the people it touched and influenced in their everyday lives. Perhaps it's silly, but the first time I ever heard anything about the show was from an interview with Nirvana back in the early 90's. Krist, Dave and Kurt were trying to explain to the interviewer about something and quoted Lucy. Suppose what they were trying to explain was how they never explained anything. Krist (imitating Ricky): "Lucy! Ju got some 'splainin' to do!" Kurt: "...But Lucy never did." Dave (imitating Lucy): "Rickyyy waaaah!"

A storm made its way to my city. It's really coming down now. Last big storm we got, some gentleman got swept away by the water running down the hill he lived on and got wedged underneath his own truck. Drowned. Poor sod.

I had another dream the other night about being a Spartan, but this time I couldn't remember any other details. I was just left with this feeling of... Oh, I guess you could call it helplessness. Like, think of the feeling you might get from staring down an armada of Covvies all by your lonesome and never even had a a stick at your disposal. Looking back on it, I think it might have something to do with the dream I mentioned in a previous reply about not having all of the pieces of my Mjolnir armor. =/
