I am stepping down from the position of Site Moderator of 343industries.org. I have worked over the past many months training and watching RedStarRocket as he has taken on the reigns of the site moderator position. I know I have made a good choice for a successor and am confident he will continue on with the traditions of this forum. RSR I wish you the best! I have made an unending list of friends over the years on this site and in the Halo community and am grateful for the opportunity to have met and become friends with so many. My work with the forge community will continue by promoting and highlighting the incredible maps and game types they create. Forge has always been close to my heart and I have met and become friends and associates with some of the best forgers in our community. I will continue the Meet Your Maker series along with THFE and the incredible group that has helped judge these contests. My work with Forge Cafe and Halo Customs with the 2v2 Forge Tournament will be seen through to the end as well. I have hopes that it will be the first in a string of similar events between our communities. As for the members of 343industries.org, it has been a privilege and honor to serve all of you. Thanks to all members, past and present, who have helped to build and maintain this site with your ideas, participation and love for the game. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Here are a few facts about me as a moderator, a member and a Halo player. I have performed 2,272 administrative actions as a moderator. This tops all other admin actions, which is 13 more than Twam and nearly 2 1/2 times that of my friend and former co-site moderator Jester. I have performed 6,068 moderator actions which is 2,200+ over Jester and Twam and no other moderator even begins to comes close to us. Though these are all lofty numbers, know that all moderators, save a couple, have done some serious work for this site and should be thanked. I never had any intention of being a moderator and came close to turning down the position. I had no plans on returning after I stepped down to care for loved ones. Life is funny that way. I met, then moved across the country and now live with the woman I met on XBOX Live playing Halo 3. I am an old school Halo fan, playing Halo CE since 2001, and have logged over 30,000 match made games and an unknown number of custom and Lan line games with all of my accounts over the years. My name, GT, was given to me by friends years ago because I hated being sniped from across the map and would hunt down snipers with a passion. I would literally 'dog' or hound them to death. Ergo my friends comments were, "He will absolutely dog you if you have the sniper rifle.". Halo 3 is my favorite of the Halo series because I truly enjoy the arena style of competition it offers and play it regularly. I have a deep rooted love of forge and genuinely admire the competitive play of professional Halo players. I love the Halo community and this site and all the good memories they have given me. I want to thank a few close friends and noted members of this site. Spectral Jester - Friend for life Choot 'em - Friend for life imakequilts - Love of my life and unsung supporter of this site Twinreaper - Tech Guru, mean as a badger, miss you Vitamin PWN - Forgive and forget Total Mayhem - Fellow Christian and friend RSR - She is all yours now, take care of her Drizzy Dan - The shinning star The Director - Never a dull moment Spades N AZ - Thanks for everything, miss you Twam - Thanks for the opportunity Thanks to all of you. I will miss serving you. - Absolute Dog

Hello everyone welcome back again to the Wrapup and thanks for keeping interest and encouraging these to keep being made. Let's do December!: Primary Announcement: December was a major month for us here on the site and something that really stuck out to me and should really be taken to consideration is this thread made by our Comms Department's Dog. Check out We Need To Appreciate. COMMUNITY EVENTS Out With A Bang Trilogy Event Parts 2 and 3: Modern Warfare and Halo 3 "Send me out... with a bang..." Don't know much about these Events myself but I'm sure they were spectacular. I mean you're talking about 2 titles that changed the way people played Xbox Live! These games revolutionized competitive gaming. Halo 3 MLG was a very big part of my time on Halo 3 and a lot of other people's as well because it got its own playlist! Modern Warfare and Halo 3 were both Pro Circuit games back in the day. Again, so disappointed I missed out.. The 343i.org 2013 Christmas Tree I'm putting this in the Community Events section because that's essentially what our Christmas Tree is. It is an Event in which our Community participates in on the site. I also think violet was a good color to highlight it with. Although it doesn't require us to get online and play together it requires us all to be on here and give the things we don't need, sometimes things we actually go out and buy specifically for this, to our fellow members. The Christmas Tree was started a year ago and always gets tons of gifts under it from our warm community here at 343iCF. I won't give a list of the names of members who provided gifts for this Christmas Tree simply because there is a long list and I don't want to type it. Maybe I'll edit in later? Anyway, all contributors to the Christmas Tree got this very prestigious site Award: - This would be the Helping Hand Award. Given to those who have given to the site. Thank you to everyone who donated to the 343i.org Christmas Tree, it would have been nothing without all of you. If you have any Community Event ideas post them here. FEATURED INTERVIEWS Bob - One of my favorite members on this forum. Bob was our first Site Moderator and is a generally interesting person. They say if you see him on the site and get to talk to him, you'll have good luck for the rest of your life. *Interviews have resumed. Preaacchh.*/hint FORGE Ok who remembers the Meet Your Maker Dominion Contest that concluded in December? I've got the results for you in case you missed them! In third place: by DUN3Z In second: by Xinshu And in first place, the winner of the Meet Your Maker Dominion Forge Contest is: by PA1NTS Featured Map: December Unquestionably the most interesting map of December, Duel-Wield Puzzlers by Juggacly, is a 2v2 puzzle map! I love puzzle maps! There are two teams of two and they have to navigate obstacles and help each other reach the finish of the map where they get to the area seen above with a Shmeef in it. This to me is a must download and play with some of your friends. Congratulations @Juggacly on having the Featured Map of December! GAMING NEWS Games Coming To Nintendo In 2014 TheCooliestOne of our News Group hit us with some awesome news about the upcoming games from Nintendo and they look so good that they make me want a Wii U. I didn't even get a Wii. For the list of games and their trailers, click the picture. New Creative Director for 343 Industries Some big news brought to us by adamj via TeamBeyond. Josh Holmes, former Creative Director of 343 Industries, has stepped down from his position and has been replaced by Tim Longo. The reason for the switch is unknown for now. Please visit adam's thread for more. For more Gaming News check out the latest on our Front Page. HOT TOPIC: December Only second to the Crazy Grunt's Riddle Challenge Round 6, came this thread in replies. Created by Member - , Who wants, is a topic about whether or not you wanted Hayabusa back in Halo 4 or whatever other armors you wanted. Apparently a lot of you had something to say on this matter. So congrats Echo CT on having the Hot Topic of December and everyone go visit and or revisit the thread! MEMBER OF THE MONTH December's Member of the Month never got their own spot on any previous Wrapups so I'm pleased to remind everyone of Sparky's electrifying achievement. Spark was a member who'd gotten a few Warnings but corrected himself, changed his ways, and showed his true color: pink. I've known Spark since he got here and he's a great member. Even though he's not the MoM anymore he still contributes to this community just as much as when he was. Congrats again Sparky! Announcement thread. MoM Post. NEW COMMUNITY MODERATOR Although not new now, Azaxx was promoted to Community Moderator back in early December. If you're on, chances are he is too and he is watching you. Azaxx is an ever-vigilant Moderator and is there if you need something. Revisit his thread! TOP 15: DECEMBER This is a section I would like to keep in the Wrapup starting now. I hope members get together and continue this tradition. The Top 15 list is composed of members who show the greatest contribution to the forum over the past month. If you have a problem with the picture then shut up and hold it forever. Now, here's our Top 15 for December: Sikslik7 Beckoningzebra1 Maestro the Stampede The Dumb Marine Silent Orbis D-38 Boss HaloGeek Brett Edward Kenway JXZAW Axilus Prime NOVA Shockgazm UNSC Spartan II onsokumaru Honorable mentions go to: Tucker Zandril and Elite FAREWELL As big and eventful as December was, not all events were cheerful. There was one very big event that occurred in December leaving almost every member in awe. Absolute Dog was a jokester from the start and was always looking for a way to get involved since he joined. He found a great love for this community instantaneously. One day he PMed Twam and asked if there was anything he could do to help and Twam told him yes, he could work alongside the one and only Spectral Jester and help moderate the site as a Community Moderator thus beginning his legend on the 343i Community Forums. And a legend he is. AD was not only a great Moderator but person in general. He had all the character, charisma, humor, and was stern but never strict when necessary. It was very easy to look up to a man like AD. He took this forum from the small isolated community it was and almost single handedly created all of its ties with its Affiliates such as HaloCustoms, ForgeCafe, THFE, and Certain Affinity. He was the bridge this site needed to help create a united Halo Community. Now the site has been left up to RedStarRocket and all of us to help keep it to his standards. It's impossible to measure the hours Absolute Dog has given to this site. We salute you AD and best of luck in future endeavors. RedStar, we're all here to help when you need it! Here are some last words Dog left for us on the site: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhx-ZDIwu4w#t=0 Thank you all for taking the time to read this. Please stay tuned for a cumulative January Wrapup as well. Then we should be switching back to the weekly. This post has been promoted to an article

In the end, give the leaders and moderators polite respect and work to continue to build what we have and not tear it apart. Have conversations not arguments. The prodigal son has returned! ...For this interview. Ok this has been put off for some time. It was a masterpiece and everyone knows masterpieces take time. I don't think I've been so honored to interview anyone else to be honest. I love all my interviewees equally, I just have always looked up to Absolute Dog since I joined practically. Thank you all for being patient and enjoy the long, long... long read. DD: "My first question has to be: How are you? How are things since you've made your departure from the site?" AD: "I am good Dan. I have been enjoying spending more quality time with my girl friend, friends and family. It has meant a lot to me. This time has also allowed me to enjoy some other activities such as spending time with some new neighbors, gaming a little more than I had for a while and basically having some quality "me" time." DD: "That's fantastic to hear though and I know that's something everyone's dying to know. It's always great to have time to do what you want to do. You were more than just a member here, it was almost surprising that your name was not in orange. What do you miss most about the site?" AD: "I miss being an active moderator. I always considered myself a member that was given the opportunity to serve this community and I completely enjoyed sharing my humor, thoughts and ideas here. I spent a lot of my time reading and watching for trends in the forum. This allowed me to see what was important to the community as a whole, not just those who yelled the loudest or most frequently. I payed attention to the members who were here to read and become informed, rewarded those who truly had a genuine interest in advancing the forum to new heights and promoted the few who I saw to have qualities I felt this forum needed or were unique to the forum. I truly miss serving the members with my style of leadership. As far as my name being orange, I assume you mean Site or "Super" Moderator. It was never a goal of mine. To be honest, it was never a goal to be a moderator. The position came as a surprise and I came close to turning it down. Besides, I feel a Community Moderator has a much better opportunity to serve the members. I respect what Jester does in his position, he will always be one of the few friends on the site that understands what this means, but working directly with the community is much more rewarding to me." DD: "I can completely understand that, and I miss yours and Jester's humors when they are brought together. You are both funny alone but when you guys were together on something, it's hilarious. You've been popping in for a bit now, do you like what you're seeing with the site since your absence? It was a very big deal when you left that hit hard believe it or not with many people who you think might not have even known you. Has it changed a lot since?" AD: "Being here with and working with Jester was so much fun. We have had so many laughs publicly and behind the scenes. He is truly the most fun member to call a friend. He knew what it was like to be a Community Moderator and I knew he understood what I was going through when it was basically just me managing a lot of the day to day aspects of the forum. I was very lonely as a moderator for a long time when he left the forum to spend time with his family. His understanding is what formed such a strong bond as both a friend and fellow moderator. I owe a lot to Jester and his wife. I miss the award that she presented me with........... I do pop in from time to time on this account, sometimes I come to the site as a guest to be completely anonymous. I have mostly enjoyed seeing the new changes. I have seen some members step up and do their best to further the experience of this forum and like most of the new features that have been incorporated into the site. There were a couple things removed that still bother me, but not being here to voice my opinion or work through the issues negates me mentioning them. I knew the impact of my leaving the site would have some kind of an affect. Not to be self serving, it is just that I had been here for so long and been such a dominant figure within the forum. The feeling of leaving the site pained me in a way that is hard to explain and I spent a few weeks agonizing over the decision. I guess in a way I am proud to see the impact my presence had here. I have seen members that barely knew me feel my presence and new members wonder who I was. To answer you directly, Jester and I managed the site as a team. It worked and worked well. My leaving, in a since leaving him alone, did mean there were going to be changes. That is the natural progression." DD: "How do you feel about members who literally praise you, even though they were not here the same time you were, getting excited that they post right under you? (Not naming any names )" AD "I have wondered about that myself. It is our nature to praise people in society seen for doing good deeds that we have never met. I guess I see it for what it is depending on the member. I can only assume that some are seeing or feeling the communities overall sentiments and responding to that. Others may just want to feel some type of inclusion to a moment that had an impact here. Some others may be doing for reasons that are not positive and I think the community can see the different types of praise for what it is." DD: "A most noble and modest answer, I wasn't expecting anything less from you haha. You know I wanted to save this question but I need to know, what is your future on the site?" AD: "My future on this remains to be seen. As of this interview, the news of Jester's departure as the site moderator changes what I had planned to do. I will talk with Jester and Twam to see what they feel may be needed from me and if I feel capable and prepared to do it." DD: "I'm seriously going to miss Jester's name being in orange when it appears in the shoutbox. If Twam and Jester need it AD, would you be up for being a Moderator again? And a complementary question would be: Would you have the time to be a Moderator again?" AD: "If I took a moderator position again it would be because I have the time and desire to do it. Sorry, but that is all I will say until I have talked to some people I need to. I want to see this forum not only survive, but flourish. In my eyes certain things need to happen to continue to grow the site, keep the family feeling that has been part of it from the beginning and to allow this forum to be inclusive of all types of members. I have seen trends both good and bad in the forum since I have been a member and moderator. The key role of a moderator, to me, (aside from the daily maintenance) is to ensure that all members, new and old, have a voice and that they get a fair opportunity to voice their opinions, wants, desires, and dislikes whether they are popular or not. I have a feeling I will do what is needed for the forum." DD: "Yes I remember back when you were a Moderator that you would defend the opinions of those that you might not have even agreed on. That's a very important aspect of our site. I'm extremely pleased with the moderating team we have right now, all are funny, nice, and rule-abiding/enforcing members. Not too strict but never too lenient. Do you think that without Jester there will still be a need for an extra Moderator? Or do you think that with the way things are going that we are very capable of maintaining the site's integrity and standards?" AD: "As far as needing another moderator, I suppose that will depend on whether the super moderator is promoted from within or brought in from outside. The physical running of the site, from a moderators perspective, is not what is hard. It can be learned in due time. It is having the right person/personality in place that can make a marked difference. I think if the mods we have now are active and engaging with the community there would be no need for another community mod. The super/site mod has to be filled. They are an integral part of the functioning of the site. They also tend to have the final word on any issue that arises and have to be able to bear the responsibility of the position seriously and contemplate their decisions fully." DD: "Wow I really did not know all of that about the Site Moderator position. Truthfully I think we'd all love it to be you. What do you think this site needs besides a Site Moderator or what do you think the community needs to do in order to keep this site as great as it was when you and Jester were on together?" AD: "The site has always been dependent on a a good group of Community Moderators and an active membership. I do not want to sound self serving at all, but what happened during the period of Jester's and my roles as leaders in the community is it's own. We were not the only ones responsible for what happened during that period. There were certain members, events and evolutions of the forum that took place during our time together. Our friendship, mutual respect for each other, experiences in life and the members that founded and grew this forum to what it is now are all part of what made this period so fun and interesting. I hope that the forum will see many periods such as this in it's future. I could image a day when Azaxx and Shadow run the show, well....at least some time after they begin shaving. The moderators we have now are the future of the forum and their lineage is yet to be seen. Jester and I may well end up as a foot note in some forgotten archive that records the history of this site. Who knows. The community needs to be a "community". I have worked hard with members to let them see that all opinions, wants and hopes of any member be given it's place here. I truly despised seeing a new member come in here and be attacked because they wanted Halo 4 to be more like Halo 3 or Halo 2 than Reach. It reminds me of the fan boys of Bungie.net. Skillfully crafted responses that carry that same urbane shine that still impune the OP or their opinion with kind words. We have to be inclusive and tolerant of all types Halo related discussion or risk becoming what we once despised in other forums. Take a moment, I mean take a quiet and clear moment, and sit back and look at the forum. This is your home, your living room, your bedroom, your house. We have decorated it with color, shown your achievements for all to see, stored your history...your words, given you the opportunity for to not only share your ideas and opinions, but a place to listen to others. It was never intended to become a haven of like minded members. It was created for all of those who have anything they want to share about Halo to come and do so. That is what will keep this site great." DD: "God you are smart. We really do miss the hell out of you here just for the way you act in situations such as one where you get a person who has uncommon beliefs and is swarmed by other members. And we've never been that kind of forum, we call ourselves the 'friendliest corner of the Halo Universe' but at the same time we're slowly moving towards what we do not like. We defend senior members and members we are friends with whether they are right or wrong instead of doing the right thing and we're quick to ban those that "annoy" us even if they haven't broken the rules per se. You're exactly right. You've stayed with this forum, this family, for almost a year now. What has kept you returning and so dedicated to this site?" AD: "There have been a few reasons that held me here. The first thing that comes to mind reading the question was the friends I made early on here. John, Vitamin, Valentine, Silverado, eliteultra, Kurt and Doc were all part of my circle of friends and we had a blast bouncing ideas off of each other, hanging out in the box talking and scouring the internet for any information about HCEA and Halo 4. John always found the best information back then. After that, it just became the place I wanted to hang out when I wasn't playing Halo or working. We had formed some early bonds of friendships and all of us had this common love for Halo, talking about it and trying to see if we could come up with the next great idea for the game. We became a family. Later I became concerned more with the Halo community and how we interact with each other and even more so, how we acted with each other on this site. During a long period of very little information, I saw our numbers begin to dwindle and that is when I began to work with Jester to try and figure out ways to keep the site growing and retain it's members. Soon after that I was installed as a moderator and from then on it was serving the forum and it's members that fueled my fire. Jesters and Twams belief in me along with Jesters and Choot 'em's friendship is what truly pulled me through the tough times when I was burning out. Choot 'em was just what I needed at a crucial time and his departure from the staff hit me very hard. I can never thank him enough for the energy he gave me and our friendship continues solid to this day. Sometimes you do not realize what you have.....what something really means to you until it is gone. Fortunate are the ones who keep what they love or have the chance to find that love again. Absolute Dog" DD: "Absolute Dog, what is your advice to all the member of the forums?" AD: "Treat others as you would want them to treat you and do what you truly think is right." If you didn't like this and thought it was definitely worth the wait then I have no words for you. Thank you Absolute Dog the absolutest of all dogs. We all miss you and are waiting to see your future here on the site. Thank you 343i Community Forums for just being the best. Hail PEACE!

I have made this topic in reply to Total Mayh3m's speech over the change of the Community Forums. http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/23323-a-message-to-the-community/ Just Like Old Times, eh Bud- Alright, so I see a bundle of you guys all in the Shoutbox everyday or in the forums making posts. I also see some of you guys getting your names mentioned, or maybe I see you post a status update. Well, sadly, whenever I look at the Status Updates, which is the only place where it's the same as always, everyone acts as the Community did way back in July 2012. It seems that everyone is friendly in the Status Updates, why you ask? I think it's because people only reply in Status Updates if it's their friend, if they're not your friend, then they most likely ignore the entire thing, which brings me back to the topic itself. There's no such thing as a bad game, only a bad player- I see a bunch of you guys, let it be ANYWHERE on the forums, let that be as it may, but I do see some really ugly creatures out there as well. I'm not talking about Covies either, I'm talking about Insurrectionists. I see a lot of people flaming other members, what has happened, may I ask? You guys were all so well, and so nice to each other a long long time ago. What has happened??? I know that you guys are going to reply saying things like “It's the way I am, deal with it.” or maybe something like “Shut up, you don't mean a damn thing to me.” or there's those of you who say things like “Pffft, why the hell do you care about me? I don't care about you. Now beat it.”. But we all know that deep down on the inside, you have something else going on. Let it be family problems, stress, school, school work, work, bullies, or just something that is bothering you. Don't let that stuff get to you, geez, I mean, we all do hate things like that, Absolute Dog is a real good example at against bullying. Just keep it down, don't let it out on your friends, or any of us. If only it were so easy- This site is a Community, what do we do? We work together and help each other out at the best of our ability. As Mayh3m posted, he sees people redirect them to halo.xbox.com, but I would like to know; why do we do it? If people come here to 343 Industries Community Forums looking for help, then they are here for OUR help, telling them to go to halo.xbox.com is just a waste of our time and their time. How about instead of redirecting them, we do it this way: “These aren't the official forums, but I will try to help you out the best I can, if I can't, maybe another member can.” or something like this “We can try to help you out, what is it that you're having problems with?” But if it's something no one can answer, one person just needs to say “None of us know what your problem is, wish we could help, but you'll have to try Halo Waypoint; you might get lucky and find an answer there. If you don't have the link, I can give it to you if you wish.” Just simple things like that will make it look better for us. - now we all like to troll here and there every once and awhile. I'll admit, even I do. But I think it's time we put the trolling down a tad bit. I mean, if it's during a time when the Shoutbox is quiet, and you guys want to mess around, I mean sure, go ahead lets have some fun. But constant trolling and flaming isn't good for us. Imagine this, there's a 12 year old child with leukemia and all we do is troll him and flame him. Later on, the kid writes a Status Update that day- “I came to this site to get help, I only have two months left before I die of leukemia, and all people on the internet do is bully me and think it's funny. I am crying in tears as I type this, I have my mother holding me and my older sister trying to calm me down, thanks you guys.” Haters gone Hating- Alright, so yes we get it, this is a Halo fan site; but I guess you guys haven't read the section called 'Other Games', so that means we must at LEAST talk about one other game. A really good example of this would be Call of Duty, one of Halo's most competitive games made. I have noticed that some of you guys talk trash about it to other members just to flame them, but truth is, it's not that bad of a game as people say it is. Many of you who talk trash about it have a copy of one of the games anyways! So there's no real point in flaming other members over it, who knows? Maybe one of your best friends on here love that game, but they see you talking trash and then they ease their way out of the friendship, and then turn around to your enemies side. Theater Talk- One of the most popular things that happen in the Shoutbox is Back Seat Moderating let it be accidental or intended. Doesn't matter. If you have noticed, which I bet you have, members get really upset when you back seat moderate, especially the Moderators, it's not your job so maybe it's best we all keep away from it. When someone back seat moderates for breaking a rule, not only do they break that rule, but they do cause a disruption. In order to back seat moderate, they have to break a rule, so you are yelling at them for breaking a rule, whilst breaking it yourself. But we all know, once one member gets upset after this an argument occurs and sides are taken in the fight. Which then causes more trouble for our beloved Moderating Team, so I say we just keep it clean and leave it where it lay. Saying something occasionally like “Hey, I'm being nice about this, but please don't do that, it's actually against the rules, we'd hate to see a member like you leave.” If they get upset, just ignore it, let a Moderator handle it if they see it go out of control. Fun with some keg- Alright my last one, TM did say we don't have much fun anymore, right? Like making threads and having fun with Absolute Dog, Spectral Jester, or Twam. Now how about we get something like that set up again? Get some fun going with the moderators? I mean, the Mods have fun with you, changing your name and that, I even think it's fun when they do do that. Don't complain about it, they'll change it back. But that's not everything, you guys remember in any Halo game when you got an adrenaline rush over something exciting? Well if you are having one of those and so happen to be here, why not let the fun explode right out of you? As long as it's not to critical, doesn't kill someone, or breaks any rules; then give it a go! I mean, everyone loves to get involved, you just don't know it. How to ignore someone: Go to top right corner of the website > pull the drop box down by your name > click Ignore | Preferences > type the name of the person you wish to ignore > add them to ignore list. This is how you ignore someone, but keep in mind, you can still see their shouts and all of that, but just like ignoring someone, you can choose to listen to them. But this is at your very own risk, no one else. How to report someone (via post/topic): Go to their post > on the bottom right of the post it says 'Quote' 'Multiquote' and 'Report' > Click report > submit how the post affects YOU. Also, please don't swear or break any rule, make a simple reason explaining why you reported it so you don't get in trouble as well. How to report someone (General): Go to the users profile > under Latest Visitors will be a button saying 'Report Member' > Once you have clicked it submit explaining what the member has done, it does not display quote for quote what you are submitting about; but you can copy and paste it. I advise you do it the same as if you were reporting via post/topic, that way you don't get in trouble for that either. My Personal Advice: “Watch out for Hammer, Bro.”

Hey guys, sorry im a little late with this one, i've been feeling sick lately but i have managed just enough time to write this in between blowing my nose, the doctors and listening to that song that Azaxx got me hooked on:P Ok todays Shout Out will be going to someone who we ALL know, the Guardian of our forums who protects us from troll,s and just plain......"unfavorable people"....... He is a friend to most of us and a leader to all, yep your right im talking about Mr T!!! Naa, just kidding Its Absolute Dog!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During my first days here in our great community i posted too fast and had a talk with AD, and im not afraid to say i screwed up , i learned my lesson and found that our guardian of the forum does his job bloody well! He is a friend to most of us, and a leader of a great community, one who should be looked up to, to serve as an example of how we should behave. I have had quite a few talks with AD and can say ,without wavering ,that he is definatly a good bloke in my books, as im sure he is in many of yours. Although AD's job is to look after our forum, to prevent trolls and such from getting in, that doesn't mean he doesn't like to chat and joke with all of us, as im sure many of you already know. Not afraid to hang out with us average forum goers and host a playdate or 2, he knows how to liven up the mood when not being serious. His sole job is to lead our community and protect us from mean evil people whose solely want to annoy and provoke us all, and as i have said before, he does a great job, obviously with the assistance of our other great community moderators Absolute Dog is a great leader and a good mate to all of us, he should be looked up to and given respect for the kind of people he has to deal with (trolls and such), He should be thanked for the awesome job he does everyday. I know i will.........Thank you Absolute Dog, for your great service to our community Also thanks to all our other moderators who have to put up with similar people ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alrite guys, the next Shout Out will be tommorrow sometime, im not sure exactly when though. Either way it feels good to start week 2 of the Community Shout Outs.
