Hey guys, I built an app called “Spartan Up" to find other Halo players to play with on Xbox Live based on what game modes want to play. Players set up a profile, go online, see who else is online, notify each other you want to play. It’s like a “Looking For Group” service, but more streamlined without having to go onto a forum or website. Website: http://spartanup.tk/ iPhone Link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/spartan-up/id1050542554?mt=8 This is a first build of the app so feedback is appreciated. Q. What platforms does the app support? A. Currently, there’s just an iPhone version. I’m interested in working on an Android and/or Windows Phone version of the app depending on the feedback. Q. This app sounds like “Spartan Companies”. A. It is…but a very minimalistic version of it! I was surprised at the release of Spartan Companies and it got announced so late in my development that I didn’t want to throw everything away. Hopefully, my app will be useful for the ones not interested in browsing the website all the time or do not have a computer handy next to them. Q. Does your app integrate with the new Halo 5 API? A. Unfortunately, no. Again, this was announced so late in my development that I didn’t get a chance to use it and it wasn’t part of my initial plans. Perhaps in a future release. Thanks all!

There really needs to be a mobile app for Halo, I think that Halo Wars would be a great starting point to turn into an app. And yes I do know that a Spartan Assault app was released but that was only for the windows phone, and IOS even however, not android. There must be at least one app that can run on all operating systems.

We're back, and better than ever. Feedback would still be appreciated as I'm still working on this site. After weeks of doing nothing productive at all, staring at my screen or my tv while playing Halo or Minecraft, I decided to give my old site, Armorwatcher.tk, a complete overhaul. This time I wanted to make it as mobile friendly as possible, so I started all the way from scratch again. I spent three days writing the new version of my website, learning bits and pieces of javascript as I went along. I chose javascript so you don't have to load or reload a page every single time, which cuts down on costs if you're roaming and can't get a wifi connection. After the first day the site was basically done, and over the next two days most of the javascript was added. Now I'm just adding more features when I feel like it, such as the desktop mode for those who want to use the new site on a computer too. Anyhow, without further ado, I present to you: Armor Watcher 2.0! Currently v.0.6.1 As of version 0.5.4, pc's are automatically redirected to the desktop version, if you want to view the mobile version you'll have to either spoof the User-Agent string or just, you know, view it on a mobile. Mobile Apps If you want to cut back on costs even more, here's an app that basically has the site embedded in it, so that it'll only use the internet to retrieve the actual images: Download the App here! v.0.5.4 (Not up to date) Android, Windows Phone, WebOS and Symbian versions available. Current Features Halo 4 Armor Viewer (via Gamertag) Halo Reach Armor Viewer (via Gamertag, first one ever) Halo 3 Armor Generator Halo 4 Emblem Viewer (via Gamertag, first one ever) Halo 4 Emblem Generator Halo Reach Emblem Viewer (via Gamertag, first one ever) Halo 3 Emblem Generator Planned Features Halo Reach Emblem Generator Halo 3: ODST Emblem Generator Halo 2 Emblem Generator Maybe stats? Good afternoon everyone! I just recently released my very first iOS app and I'm extremely excited to share it with the Halo community. It's main function is to connect those that want to play custom games but don't know where to look! It's a universal hub to find out who's playing what and for how long. I understand that it being on iOS is a bit of a limitation considering the amount of people with Android phones, but it was my platform of choice and I figured if it takes off even a little bit I can make an Android version pretty quickly. I thought having a little tool like this next to you while playing would be pretty sweet, considering you can find someone and jump into a game relatively quickly once it started getting more popular. Of course if anyone has suggestions/complaints at all, feel free to contact me on twitter @marshdev or PM me here! Download link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/halo-customs/id633791848?ls=1&mt=8 Thanks everyone!
