Third Installment of the Batman Arkham Series Announced

On February 12th, it was stated by the leader in Batman: Arkham City tips, tricks, walkthroughs, and easter eggs, BatmanArkhamVideos, that there would definitely be a 2013 release of the newest Batman Arkham video game. Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, John K. Martin, was quoted as saying during a phone call with an investor, "... And we also have a strong games release this year, which will include the release of the next Batman Arkham franchise. So all in all, we expect Warners to post another very strong year in 2013. And with a little luck, this year should be as good or maybe even a little bit better than 2012." It's said that Rocksteady will not be developing this next Batman.. Sad news. However it's not totally sure who will. What does this mean for the future of Batman? Well, rumor has it that Warner Bros Montreal will take the reigns for the next Batman title. On February 13th, Ben Mattes, senior producer at WB Montreal tweeted, "In just 2-3 months, our project will be announced (in grand fashion) and it's going to be big! As we dive head-first into our polish period..." However this tweet was removed. Coincidence? Accidental posting? Who knows? BatmanArkhamVideos thinks that this could be a reference to the "Silver Age" or the early age in the Batman series where Batman meets the Joker.
