Archangel Tyrael posted a article in Other Articles
2K offers gamers to see the four skill trees of the characters in their game and will let you plan ahead before release of what to use. Read below for more details From: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/homepage.php? By: Shaun Prescott If you're the type who loves to labour over the allocation of skill points, you can plan your Borderlands 2 character while you wait for the game's official release. 2k have made live a skill tree calculator, which allows players to see each skill available to four playable characters including Axton, Salvador, Maya and Handsome Jack. The calculator offers a total of 46 skill points to allot to 33 abilities, which are tiered according to how many points are required to unlock them. Borderlands 2 releases on September 18. Early reviews suggest it'll be worth the wait.- 1 comment

Hello fellow community members! Today I thought I'd start a topic on discussing your favorite character in the Halo universe and why. This is not meant to be a place for argument. Check out some of my other topics for different discussions on things such as halo 5 and much more! Check out my youtube channel! www.youtube.com/TimeLessGaming9090 My favorite character is Sgt. Johnson. He is the kind of person that won't tolerate being messed with, and has a unique sense of humor. I do miss him a lot.

Here's a funny side to Bungie as they explain why "Tigerman" just didn't fit in Destiny! Rather entertaining! Rest in peace "Tigerman"! Tigerman was wise. Tigerman was bestial. Tigerman was wise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxJVDZpUEHI&feature=player_embedded Could have made for an interesting character, especially dressed in a suit, lol!

Image and video courtesy of Bungie.net According to Dee J at Bungie.net... "This video was originally screened as part of our GDC 2013 presentation. It provides a rare glimpse into the character art, development and design of Destiny – from early sketches and concept art, to animation and in-engine 3D character models." http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=xKOY8zJx2Q4 Another great video providing more images of the upcoming game by Bungie! Enjoy!!

Okay first of all I'm gonna give HaloGeek some credit for inspiring this thread. Alright I have seen a make your own Soldier thread, but this one is going to be a bit more Generalized. In this thread you post a you as a soldier in Halo 4 and give a description of his past as well It doesn't have to be a Spartan he can be a soldier ODST Ect.. If your going to put your character as Sarge, Caboose, Church, or any other character from a movie, show, or book at least give a good description off a wiki or something. Heck maybe people will want to learn about that character more and go get the book or watch the series. You can put yourself into a character using real name, or your forum profile, or just a mad up character. I'll go first. Name: Harbinger(real name was lost do to virus sent into records by the covenant and Harbinger dropped the name no longer caring for it) Age:24 Appearance: Dirty blonde hair. 5 Feet 8 Inches. Small half inch barely noticeable unless close up scar on right side of face near mouth and half inch scar in middle of left hand do to knife wound. Blue eyes and white skin Rank: Captain. Personality: Very friendly around and to friends. But when separated or on a different squad rarely speaks unless to give orders or to alert someone of something. Rarely questions orders and would sacrifice his life. Backstory: Grew up in a poor lifestyle with divorced parents upon turning 18 left and joined UNSC rarely speaking to family. Rose through the ranks fast and had very high test scores. Finally reaching the rank First Lieutenant he was promoted to ODST and sent on a mission to scope out some Covenant activity in on an asteroid with his squad Gamma(consisting of 6 men). Turning out to be a trap Gamma squad was captured and taken to a Covenant Super Carrier Honored Retribution after 6 months of brutal torturing all of Gamma squad was killed except Harbinger he managed to get away do to a massive solar flare from a near by sun hit the Covenant Super Carrier knocking out power of a short time during that time Harbinger snuck though the ship managed to overload the core and escape in a escape pod. After 2 days of sounding off a UNSC emergency signal he was found by a Civilian scavenger ship upon returning to the UNSC he was promoted to Captain and was made into a Spartan 4 and currently serving on the UNSC Tear. Weapon of Choice: Knife and .45 Magnum. Also I will make the same thread again when Halo 5 comes out put you can copy and past your soldier give a description of what hes been doing since 4 to 5.

If you guys got to be anything in halo, what would you be and why? You would have to do what they did, for example: If you chose Master Chief you would have to be a hero and kill the covenant Just a note: This does not restrict you to characters, for example, you could be a Promthean crawler or a Sniper jackal

I'm not sure if this belongs in the campaign forum or not but I'll post it here anyways. WARNING: SPOILERS ARE IN THE NEXT READING, IT'S HIGHLY SUGGESTED YOU BEAT THE GAME BEFORE READING It seems like the master chief didn't act like master chief at all in this campaign. He's usually the soldier that's willing to risk anything, which he did. However, it seems like he was really different in this game. I usually see chief as the prime source of bad assery and mystery. In this game, he almost appeared to be a little bit of a wimp, not completely of course he was still really bad ass but still, you can't say you didnt notice. I understand that they were trying to show his human side, but at the end (SPOILER) he has that sentimental part over cortana. You can't really match the master chief with a sentimental moment. If not almost everything in the game were changed the personality change might have been eased in but it almost seemed like we got a new character and we obviously got new enemies. He dealt with things differently than he normally would and he seemed a little too attached with cortana in the end, he blew off Johnson's death in halo 3 who was a much more enjoyable soldier and character than cortana but she really impacted him. Of course that's my opinion but I still think it was a little out of place. With the fact that more spartans were shown in the game made the build up of chief's character kind of die down. It used to be cool being humanity's last hope and the only spartan around but the fact that more were introduced really ruined that felling for me. Don't get me wrong, I overall really liked the campaign I just didnt feel like it was a appropriate ending to the series I've loved since I was 5. Yes, I did see the cinematic after the credits, but it still didnt tie it in correctly.
