Since everyone is oh so interested in my life and what I have been doing in my free time without my PC, I thought I would share a few pictures of my real passion.....cooking! I am currently enployed as a chef for a Retirement-Life Community so you can see how my passion pays off. Most days don't even feel like work for me. Anywho...onto the yumz... Yummy Sesame and Ginger Mahi Mahi Lemon Pepper and Scallion Swordfish with Lemon Wedge Soy Sauce and Fresh Ginger rubbed Whitefish Pork Tenderloin with Fresh picked Rosemary and Thyme Pasta Salad and Shrimp Salad arranged on a chilled plate with Fruit My custom creation known as The Flying Starburst Another custom Salad with homenade Balsamic Strawberry Vineigrette Yes I can even make fresh Stone Brick Oven pizza Well that about does it for me showing off.
