DOWNLOAD HALODROME Canvas: Impact Players: 8 - 12 Gametypes: Slayer CTF Oddball KoTH Extraction Regicide Grifball Ricochet Supported Gametypes: Ricochet (primary), CTF, Extraction, KoTH, Oddball, Team and FFA Slayer, and (just for kicks) Grifball. Description: Halodrome is the bigger brother of Minidrome, designed for the 343i Ricochet Forge Contest. There are four primary routes between the bases: upper, lower, and each side. Both sides directly connect to upper mid and lower mid, allowing the routes to be used in different combinations. All ball spawns occur along the midline of the map on the upper level. While upper mid has good sightlines to the bases and the exit of the lower routes, it is completely exposed by design, with protected approaches from the green and gold lifts. Goals: Since Ricochet allows players to score from a distance, a special goal was designed for that gametype (scoring from the midline was trivially easy with only the CTF setup). The goal makes scoring quite difficult from the center mid bridges or platforms (at least, in testing no one was able to do it in-game), but does allow reasonably easy scoring from behind the Y-crosses on the side routes, and easy scoring anywhere in the arc between the side platforms and basement ramp. It is also possible to score blind from behind the center Y-cross pair on the upper level (above the opening to the basement) and on the ramp up from the basement. During testing, most goals were scored by throws within 10 units of the goal. The difference in the goals is depicted below, with Ricochet pictured first, followed by CTF and Grifball: Ordnance:1x Railgun (lower mid, 140s timer) and 2x Concussion Rifles (wide ramps, one nearer to each base, 130s timers) Weapons:2x Needlers (no extra clips, 100s timers) adjacent to each base, various loadout weapons, frag and pulse grenades. No plasma grenades are on-map. Other Comments:I added Grifball because I could. I don't really have a better reason. And yes, the spawns have been tested . . . you can spawn camp all day long just like in real Grifball. Hi everyone, Spartan here with Site Poll 95. Last week we talked about your favourite Spartan-IV, and one soldier came out on top by a mile. There were some competent rivals in Poll 94, such as Palmer and Buck, but Thorne was the community's favourite. It was great to see such a large response from users on Twitter, which more than made up for the underwhelming number of answers left on the site here. Click here to view the last poll, 94. The future of the Reclaimer Saga? Originally named "The Reclaimer Trilogy", the Reclaimer Saga is currently at a standstill, to the public eye at least. Halo 4 was beautiful. Five years after we last saw John, was great to have him back. Halo 5 wasn't as well received, by most of us, but it expanded well in the Campaign. We know very little about Infinite, next year will be a lot of information, that's guaranteed. The way things are at the moment though, Halo's future is not clear. It'll certainly clear up when we know more about Infinite, but for now, the Reclaimer saga's up in the air. The name of this week's poll isn't clear, what I'm looking for is your thoughts on this saga. A big questions to be answered: How many episodes will it include? Infinite would have been the last if it was a trilogy, but it's not. The thing is, due to its name, John-117 must be included. I can imagine the four installment being the last, as if Halo 5, Infinite, and the one after that are their own trilogy. It's really hard to speculate, and I personally don't care too much for speculation, I'm more eager for time to pass so we know what's happening. Something that's essential is how long the saga will be, what do you all think about that? Things you could cover are how and when the saga will end. Would it be the final end? Will it be a long, but final saga? Would it ever be able to top the original trilogy? Many things to be said here, go nuts. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts, Spartan out.

The Halo 4/5 art styles are really just different species (or "ethnicities") of alien races being depicted. This is made clear in the Kilo-five trilogy, the appearance of most Elites, Jackals, and Grunts is canon. Some are clearly not, such as the Arbiter's, and this is due to resource limits. The reason both species aren't shows is because of time constraints, and resources. The ultimate solution is to have all species shown, and this may well be possible for Halo 6. If 343 can show all species, or at least the ones that should be there by canon, Halo 6 will be almost perfect already. Of course there are many things that can be improved/developed, but the appearances in-game and in cutscenes are too important to be sacrificed. Halo's most important aspect, in many people's opinions, is its lore. 343 have done an outstanding job with Halo Wars 2. They show both the original species from "Bungie's" Halos, and the "343" species. This is what all future Halo titles need. It makes sense, and breaks no canon or lore. Why would there only be all of one species in a specific military? There would be a mix, like we see in Halo Wars 2. For the Covenant, the only "mix" we see is with grunts, and that's perfectly fine. It could make sense that all of Let Volir's crew was full of were the Halo CE/2/3/Reach species shown. We can safely assume that there were some Halo 4/5 species during the older games as well, just not depicted. The Arbiter, Thel Vadam, certainly needs his real appearance back in all future titles, but all the rest (not previously confirmed Elites) can be mixed. The Kig-Yar have 3 different species confirmed, with names. The Sangheili don't need different species names, they're not that different and wouldn't distinguish each other in that way. They Unggoy, I can't say, would love to see some more differentiation between the Halo 4/5 ones and those prior though. The reason we may see 343 succeed in this area with Halo 6 is because of the time spent on Halo 6's development; clearly a lot longer. It will most likely drop in 2019 or 2020, and will be a huge success in the eyes of it's followers if 343 mix these styles together. They could be working on it right now as you read this. It will revive the dead horse everyone keeps kicking, and grow it from a colt to a stallion. This will be even better than before, because we see things how they really are, with all species (or the ones which are meant to be there canonically) involved. If 343 don't do this, it would be very disappointing, and more hope would be lost. I'm confident they know what to do now, and have known for the past 2 years. Halo Wars 2 has reassured me, and I hope to see both styles in future titles. Bringing back the old and getting rid of the new is not the way to do it. That will only make it worse, it won't make much sense, and completely get rid of newly introduced species (which have canonically been there from the start). We need both, and I put my faith in 343 to not fail us.

Hello everyone, I am writing this post to highlight significance of the engineers in Halo 6. They should indeed play a vital role, and here's why: After the human-covenant war, humanity began acquiring Huragok, most of which had knowledge from the time of the Forerunners. This explains the major technological advancements seen in Halo 4, compared to the state of UNSC technology in Halo 3. These engineers are stationed upon every UNSC ship by the time of Halo 5, 2558, and they make technological advancements wherever possible. They were allowed to reproduce, each new engineer inheriting the knowledge of its parent(s). These engineers are essentially organic computers; biological AI. They learn, and serve humanity, with no opposition. It's like an AI without rampancy, they have no reason to fear humans, and the UNSC takes good care of them. We give them new tech to work with, and they make it even better. Did I mention they live for technology? So it's really a win-win situation, and here's how they tie in to Halo 6. When Cortana calls for all species to join her revolution, the engineers will certainly not be convinced. They essentially share the same value as us, and will support humanity and its allies against any potential threat. They have nothing to gain from joining Cortana, and will certainly remain with humanity over the Created. Despite the fact Cortana now controls the Prometheans, these engineers are aware of Forerunner knowledge that could give us the upper hand. One engineer can make a major difference, we essentially have a fleet of them. I strongly believe these engineers will play a vital role in countering the Created. Not only are they resistant to Cortana's persuasion, but they are pure intelligence which understand the Domain and how to deal with forerunner tech better than anyone else, and faster. Despite Halsey's exceptional intelligence which was certainly a valuable asset, there's nothing new that she or any other scientist can deal with better than the engineers. They are faster, and more efficient in every way than any other human. We'll need them, and should certainly see them in Halo 6. With them, we won't have to worry about not understanding anything, troops can be sent in with a definite goal assuming the Huragok have analysed everything necessary. I don't believe they'll continue to play a background role, they're now going to be more important than they've been for the past 5 years. What are your thoughts? Hello there one and all. For those of you who don't know me my name is SeanM666. But since i've been gone for a couple years and have lost my password to my old account on here i've been reborn as SeanM666v.2 lol Here's what this topic is about. Lost And Forgotten Forge Maps From Halo 4 and or Reach. What happened to those maps that you once enjoyed playing constantly with a bunch of your friends? Do you have any maps that time has forgotten over the years? If so here's a fresh new idea by yours truly. Why don't you Share some of the maps you loved if you still have them or if you remember playing. Since i don't have a xb360 anymore due to it's disk drive finally giving out on me after 5 years of owning it i have been out of the gaming community in halo. I last made dozens of maps on Reach and Halo 4 although idk if any of them still exist. If you would like to look up my maps up simply look up my gamertag in the custom maps options to download and view some of my map creations. I'd love to see any form of images of your maps or even if you have the ability to load videos up i'd love to see some of them being played on. I've always loved creating new buildings and maps on halo since the sand box on halo 3. And now it seems those creative architectures i've made and the maps have been lost to time...Or have they? Please post any images of maps you have made or one's that have made a lasting impression on you through out the Halo:reach to Halo 4 games you have helped create or even help test on. So I see all of these amazing maps for Halo 4 that can only be downloaded via Halo Waypoint. I and a bunch of my friends are XBone owners and have the Master Chief Collection. Is there any repository of Maps for the Halo 4 variant in MCC? We would love to play with some great customs but it seems I am unable to find any users who have them on their fileshare.

Repression is an infection map, based around (intended to be played this way, anyways) stealth. Its really a medium sized hide and seek map, but you die if your found. There are plenty of spots to hide, and you have poor camouflage equipped to make you harder to spot. The Flood has Good Camo equipped, but also has the "Damage Boost" effect on. Attached are some pictures of the map.

so i decided recently to do a legendary run of the halo 4 campaign as i was getting bored of play non-stop halo 4 multiplayer but it jumps me back to the menu when the intro cutscene is finished. i tried loading the first level manually but it says i don't have the required download or something like that. i have completed the campaign multiple times,i treid backing up the disk to my hardrive but it stoped, i have an xbox 360S, i have tried turning it off and on again, the disc has hardly any scratch but i cleaned it anyway, the second disc has been downloaded and i put that disc back in anyway. i just don't get it, campaign worked perfectly fine now suddenly it does not work? and i really don't want to start everything all over again, i have played too much multiplayer to start over

SOSC Halo 4 Clan Ever thought about join a clan in Halo 4? Why should I join a clan? Well because getting together with other members and participating in competitions. Competitions can be the funnest part of our clan. We follow community rules in Halo4 and so does most clans. We have divisions Elite, assassins, and ECI. Elites are the most trained members of the clan. The Assassins are chosen from the Elites by the learder. They always go for the enemy clan's leader because if the leader is assassinated we win and take thier clan. I recently just made a remake of splatter monkey! And I promise you that it isn't one of those disappointing remakes Anyway, the goal of the game is that the infected must splatter the survivors by driving up a man cannon and flying throught the air. This makes it difficult for the humans to dodge the flying vehicles. However, the survivors are also given random weapons, so make use of whatever you got. Have fun! 10-16 players

I was finishing up Halo 4 campaign on legendary when I got disconnected from xbox live, but I did not notice this. I finished up Halo 4 and realized I was not connected, but I still got the achievement for soloing the campaign on legendary. I could not sign in due to some error (I forget the code). I restarted my xbox and signed in fine, but when I checked Halo 4 I did not unlock any of the things you get for completing it. I went to xbox support and talked with a person and they redirected me here for help. If you cannot help me yourself, can I please have a redirect to somebody who can? I worked hard doing legendary and dont want it all go to waste, because all my progress reverted back to when I was still connected. 2nd mission.
