"Need a blade or armor? You should talk to CaptainDireWolf, at the forge." (Haha couldn't resist) Map download link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/map-variants?lastModifiedFilter=Everything&sortOrder=BookmarkCount&page=1&gamertag=CaptainDireWolf#ugc_halo-5-guardians_xbox-one_mapvariant_CaptainDireWolf_8f35999b-6c2e-47ff-aacf-923c7ea597d5 Gametypes supported: Slayer (FFA, Team, Multi), and Strongholds Whiterun – The Design Whiterun’s beauty lies in the flowing waters and a variety of familiar landmarks seen throughout the city, so I first and foremost made sure to recreate these as close to the originals as possible in forge and stuck to the same layout. From Warmaiden’s armor shop, to the Gildergreen Tree, to Dragonsreach, and even the Skyforge under the great rock bird, you’ll hopefully get some nostalgia. Match all of these structures with the simple, yet effective housing and market designs and I found that I had a decent layout to play with. Mix in a little terrain, a dash of strategically placed rocks, and a sprinkle of trees to give a little life to Whiterun’s typical bleak environment and voila! Whiterun was born into the Halo 5 universe. Whiterun – Gameplay and Guns I originally just saw Whiterun playing well in FFA, Multi, and Team Slayer, however, I also designed it for strongholds. I certainly encourage suggestions for improvement as I'm new to designing core gameplay, but I’m under the belief that stronghold locations fit best in the Marketplace, near the Shrine of Talos (or who I call the Daedric Grunt), and by the Hall of the Dead, as it gives reasonably balanced distance for starting teams to reach. As for weapon choices, I tried to keep things simple and non-overpowering. There are four power weapons: sniper rifle, shotgun, hammer, and railgun. I personally hate hydra with a passion and rocket launcher always feels slightly OP so I kept them out. Other basic guns include DMR, battle rifle, smg, plasma pistol, needler, pistol, plasma rifles, and an overshield for balance. As I have more experience with designing minigames, feel free to let me know if you think I should change or move any of the weapons located on the map. Final Remarks: - It is possible to climb onto building roofs and a few of the inner walls to get an edge on people while battling, which I didn't realize until testing with others that it turned out to be rather fun. (The design of the city didn't allow for much verticality to begin with so I'll take what I can get HA! - Hope you enjoy playing Whiterun as much as I did forging it. It took me the longest time to forge out of all of my maps, but I think it was worth it. Again, I’m CaptainDireWolf and hit the download link above to check it out in all of its glory for yourself. Cheers! More pics!

Bethesda's Vice President of Marketing has confirmed that an official Elder Scrolls sequel to Skyrim won't be happening for quite some time. Bethesda is a well known video game publisher famed for numerous titles such as Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Wolfenstein, DOOM, Dishonored, and many more. With the recent announcement of Fallout 4's imminent launch, Pete Hines from Bethesda's marketing team stated to IGN.com that the company has a lot on their plate, so an Elder Scrolls sequel is not likely to happen any time soon. Hines continued, stating that the company usually focuses on one title at a time and considering the weight of Fallout 4 and it's upcoming mod and DLC support, it isn't wise to siphon off resources to begin developing a new Elder Scrolls. Also taking into account the time it took to create Fallout 4, it seems like we may not see another Elder Scrolls game for a while. The latest Elder Scrolls spin-off, Elder Scrolls Online, recently released an add-on known as the Imperial City to expand the game's content, with more content on the way. Fallout 4 releases in November 2015 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC with mod support on all platforms. In Skyrim's new DLC you will be able to buy land and customize your property. You will just have to read below to see what i am talking about. Read below for more details From: http://www.g4tv.com/ By: Nikole Zivalich Skyrim: Hearthfire is officially the next DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls 5. We speculated about Hearthfire last week and it looks like we weren't even close. Rather than dealing with zombies, necromancy, or eating the flesh of children, Hearthfire will add home improvement features. Hearthfire will include a few features we didn't know Skyrimwould get, the ability to purchase land and build your dream home. You'll be able to pick out land, build your home, guard it, and even turn your house into an orphanage. I've been watching House Hunters for years leading up to this moment. My body is ready! Keep reading to see all of the ways you can build your own estate. Hearthfire will let you acquire the following: Kitchens Libraries Green house Enchanters tower Alchemy lab Furniture Crafting! Mounted mud crabs Fish hatchery Stewards Personal bard Adopted children I can't really image these features were what gamers were expecting but I think Heathfire will add much more than this trailer mentions. Basically, I haven't given up on zombies. Although for only 400 MS points this might just be Horse Armor all over again. I really hope Hearthfire isn't House Armor! Skyrim: Hearthfire will be released on September 4, 2012 for 400 MS points. No information on a PS3 or PC release date has been given.

*Hidden Chest's In Skyrim* How find all the Hidden chest's in skyrim in these chest's depending on what your level is in Skyrim and your skills are for Skyrims you could get Rare Potions and Soul Gems and Ingredients and Weapons and Apparels and mostly Misc in the game but if your level 81 in skyirm or higher you could get 10,000 or more gold in these chest's and if you have any of the DLC's you can get the new equipment thats new from that game and you can do this on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and PC and there are many ways to get to these chest i just found these clips to give you a good idea instead of trying to Explain oh and before i forget the hidden chests that you fall through the ground and have to get and the hidden chests that are out side of the maps you have to fast travel to a random area in order to get out... 1. Whiterun This Video is good too depending on what your Level is in Skyrim... This Chest for whiterun is the best one you can find because in this chest you can find allot of gold and equipment that you need. 2. Dawnstar This chest is invisibable and you would need to wait 48 hours for each and every hidden chest within skyrim and you will see these items everytime but normally it will appear random things in the chest and sometimes things that can be very useful to you in skyrim and depending on what level you are in skyrim and the higher you are the better and stronger the armor and weapons that show up these kind of hidden chests in the game... 3. Solitude This chest is very a easy to find and its by the huge gate and its hidden near the ground and if you look for a blue twig you'll find the chest... 4. Markarth This one is in Markarth and its by the stables outside of markarth and you would have to walk to the bridge next to the waterfall and near the wall.

Latest reports say, the next DLC for Skyrim will allow you to ride dragons and a return to Morrowind? Read below for more details Source: Xbox30achievements.org "Inquisitive PC players have been rooting around in the game’s code following the most recent update and found some telling files, named “DLC2” and “Dragonborn.” Also contained within the code are dragon riding animations. Apparently you’ll be able to jump on the back of a dragon a ride the scaly ******* around, casting magic as you go!This geek’s brain just exploded. There’s more too. Wrapped up in the game’s code is evidence to suggest that Dragonborn will add new locations too, with quest markers found for Solstheim, Telvanni, Castle Karstaag, Raven Rock and Miraak Temple. Solstheim and Raven Rock are locations to the east of Skyrim and share the same frosty environments. Telvanni, meanwhile, is the name of one of the six great houses of Morrowind, the setting for The Elder Scrolls III. Castle Karstaag is a little more mysterious. Karstaag is the name of a giant monster creature that appeared in The Elder Scrolls III expansion, Bloodmoon. But Karstaag Castle? Thats a first for the series. In addition to all this there’s also entries for Bonemold, Chitin, Nordic and Stalhrim armour varieties. Be excited." [via OXM]

Hey guys, I just thought I'd come here, like I've seen quite a few others do, to announce that I've reached a milestone within the forum community. Last night, I got my 200th post and reach the status of "Trusted member". I know it's not really as impressive as other milestones reached recently by some fellow players (Chease Monster - Ryu) but still, I really just wanted to thank all of you who've help me reach my 200! Thank you 343iCF for being just so welcoming and enjoyable, I love sharing conversations with you in the shoutbox when I can, and following up with conversations and debates within various threads. I've checked out some of the other Halo forums and I must say that personnaly, this is one of my favourites! I would have to say though, that my favourite thing to do here on the forums would have to be sharing the maps I've completed in Halo: Reach. Although I have made quite a few, I've only seen fit to share with you all what I consider to be my best. So, if Forge Maps interest you, please check these out - they've been the pinnacle of my ascension to the rank of "Trusted member". Please leave me comments on the maps to give me your opinion and any feedback you can offer - all members are welcome, the more feedback, the more I learn! Thank you 343iCF here is my Halo: Reach Forge maps Portfolio: Infection Maps: "Skryim: Fort Dawnguard" "Tanker" Invasion Map: "LOTR: Minas Tirith" Mini-Game Maps: "[PB] Assassin's Creed" "Into the Sarlacc"

This is the image that I used while I was assisting in writing the wikia (and also TES Wiki) for Skyrim. This was back when not many people KNEW there WAS a Skyrim wiki/wikia, so it was a bit of work.-
