So I just played a spartan ops game (Ep8 Ch1 Unfinished Business) with a guy who kept starting with a sniper rifle everytime he respawned (including the first time). So I definitely want to know how the hell I can do the same thing, or if this guy's hacking and I should report him. Would prefer a response from a MOD so I don't just get a bunch a people that don't know about this (reward?) saying he's a hacker and I report an innocent player. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! And yes I did create an account to ask this question, but I'll probably be posting in the future so hello everybody!
