i'm sure this question pops up a lot but I just got the game this past christmas, so I only have 2 specializations available to me, the wetwork and the operator, am I just supposed to sit around till I hear about when I can get more or is there anything I can do about it?

I only have Wetwork and Operator. My brother has access to pretty much every single one (from what I'm told). Is it true that I'll get stuck at level 70?
