I was playing matchmaking and I noticed once that someone had a Arctic Battle Rifle Skin in Halo 4 and in Halo 3 matchmaking everyone on my team, at least had a Flaming Red Helmet. Is this a hack, or can you get this legitimately? -
I used the Recruit armor skin, along with the War Games Map Pass, and etc, but none of the helmets, emblems, or any of the skins are showing up when i go to the customization menu. Do i need to go to waypoint, do i still need to unlock them, or is it because i used the codes on the dashboard ins...

Ok, i noticed there are a lot of pre-order bonuses from almost everywhere for Halo 4, but are the armor and armor skins ONLY pre-order bonuses or will they be DLC? I don't want to pre-order from 3 places only to find i wasted a lot of money.
