DOWNLOAD HALODROME Canvas: Impact Players: 8 - 12 Gametypes: Slayer CTF Oddball KoTH Extraction Regicide Grifball Ricochet Supported Gametypes: Ricochet (primary), CTF, Extraction, KoTH, Oddball, Team and FFA Slayer, and (just for kicks) Grifball. Description: Halodrome is the bigger brother of Minidrome, designed for the 343i Ricochet Forge Contest. There are four primary routes between the bases: upper, lower, and each side. Both sides directly connect to upper mid and lower mid, allowing the routes to be used in different combinations. All ball spawns occur along the midline of the map on the upper level. While upper mid has good sightlines to the bases and the exit of the lower routes, it is completely exposed by design, with protected approaches from the green and gold lifts. Goals: Since Ricochet allows players to score from a distance, a special goal was designed for that gametype (scoring from the midline was trivially easy with only the CTF setup). The goal makes scoring quite difficult from the center mid bridges or platforms (at least, in testing no one was able to do it in-game), but does allow reasonably easy scoring from behind the Y-crosses on the side routes, and easy scoring anywhere in the arc between the side platforms and basement ramp. It is also possible to score blind from behind the center Y-cross pair on the upper level (above the opening to the basement) and on the ramp up from the basement. During testing, most goals were scored by throws within 10 units of the goal. The difference in the goals is depicted below, with Ricochet pictured first, followed by CTF and Grifball: Ordnance:1x Railgun (lower mid, 140s timer) and 2x Concussion Rifles (wide ramps, one nearer to each base, 130s timers) Weapons:2x Needlers (no extra clips, 100s timers) adjacent to each base, various loadout weapons, frag and pulse grenades. No plasma grenades are on-map. Other Comments:I added Grifball because I could. I don't really have a better reason. And yes, the spawns have been tested . . . you can spawn camp all day long just like in real Grifball. At first it seems like this map takes place in some snowy mountains. but just like the map's name already hints: the core of this mountain is indeed melted. So you basically have to environments on this map which play completely different. The melted core is more an arena-area. Especially in slayer this is the place to be. The objective gameplay, or actual BTB-stuff is going on the outside-area that's circling this mountain. There is a Incineration Cannon in the map's center. On the left and right sight you find two lookouts - red and blue - each equipped with a Railgun-Weaponpad. And of course there are two bases embedded into the snow. Here you can restock you ammo, grab a BR or even better: Take the Mantis for a ride. I hope you'll enjoy this map. Also there is always space fore improvements. So you feedback is very welcome

The design partly comes from a map I made back in H2A called Magnetic which was inspired by Haven. I really hope you guys get a chance to get some games in on this one because I think it's the best I have to offer so far in this game. Thank you to anyone who has given me feedback and helped me test the map up till this point. I hope to get many more games in on this in the coming weeks so I can polish it as much as possible. This map is located on a distant arctic planet with perilous drop offs that only the most daring Spartans dare to reside here. There is two bases and towers wrapping around a yard full of bunkers. The rockets in the center are easily combated with alternating damage boost and oversheilds in opposite towers. Master Chief had a short stay on his way to Earth after destroying the first Halo ring. He left a present in the wings of the map for future Spartans, but the recipients must be frugal as there is only one clip left. Training on this map is set up for both Slayer and Capture the Flag. It will hold between 2-8 players, but is best for 2v2. Are you up for the challenge? Can you stay aware of your surroundings? Or, will you succumb to the perils of The Ice Pick... Players: 2-8 (ideal for 2v2 and 3v3) Gametypes: Slayer and CTF Weapons: Rocket Launcher, DMR Battle Rifle, SMG, H1 Pistol, Storm Rifle, Suppressor Grenades: Plasma, frag, Splinter Power ups: Overshield, Damage boost (They spawn on opposite towers a minute apart. Recommend player count: 4-16 This map does require a game type called "Dark CTF" Dark CTF is a capture the flag Game Type were there can be four teams that are trying to get one or more of the three other teams flags. There is a hydra in the middle for a power weapon and boltshots laying about. It is very difficult to capture a flag because you also have a plasma grenade that has a the blast radius and damage set to its max. You need to use teamwork and stealth to get the flags. First team to score 5 flags wins. You must win two rounds to do so. You start with a SMG and a magnum. This can be found under my file share in Halo 5 Guardians

Map Version: 2.0.0 \\\MAP DETAILS/// The map features a symmetrical layout with weapons featured on both, excluding the central Power Weapons. For power weapons, we have in the Terminal, the Energy Sword. In Court Side (outside), the Sniper. Also in the center as counter Power Weapons, we have a Shot Gun (Upper Tree), Light Riffle (Center Stage), and a Splinter(?) Grenade (Upstage). On the map, there is what we call a "Trial by Fire" on both Red and Blue side. These trials are for power ups in the form of a Damage Boost (Trial of Strength) and a Speed Boost (Trail of Speed). Both equally help dominate the map but are very, very risky to get. Finally the normal weapons on the map consist of AR, H2 BR, SMG, Magnum, Storm Riffle, Frag Grenades and Plasma Grenades. This map focus' on movement, all 3 types of combat (close, medium and long range), and offers plenty of paths to get around the map. The main doors are also able to open and closed to the main Terminal and create a whole different kind of play environment as it shifts. The game is meant for 2v2 through 4v4. This map Inspiration is from Violet Courtyard II which I did in Halo the MCC. That map was inspired by the Firefight map in New Mombasa as well as the first Violet Courtyard created by me in Halo 4. Short Circuit is a small arena style Slayer map with added CTF and KOTH gametypes. The map is still in the testing phase, but I think it will make for decent competitive matches. I recommend 2v2, but there should be enough cover to allow for up to 8 players. I was reluctant to forge on anything other than the forge palates, but I think this actually turned out okay. There is no option to add anything natural though, so I tried my best to used what was available. I really love the way the water looks on the map and wish the same effort was put into the water on Awash. I'm sure this is probably the best option to forge on as far as standard maps go too, so good choice there Ducain23. Helix is a small map embodied by a spiraling tower with inside rooms and peripheral platforms. It is made for FFA and 1v1 as well as 2v2 battles. In terms of game modes, both Slayer and CTF are playable and spawning can be easily changed if necessary. Hey everyone! I've returned after a long long time off of forging with another map. I have been forging competitive maps a long time now, but it has really taken me a long time to get this map ready to show the world. Hyperbolic is an awesome, arena-style, Inversely symmetrical map. It got the name Hyperbolic due to the two main curved bridges that resemble a Hyperbolic function when graphed. It plays great with slayer, and it is setup for ctf, koh and oddball, although I haven't had a chance to test them. Unlike the few cross bridge maps I have seen, the bridges in hyperbolic to not connect the bases and sides of the map. Rather they cross diagonally across the map, opening up some sweet sight-lines. But Anyway! I have never been good with words, so without further adieu I present you, HYPERBOLIC!!

DOWNLOAD MINIDROME --------------------------------- This map was originally designed for my mini-game Railnums (see below) and has been significantly modified to provide suitability for other gametypes. Feedback on this map is desired, and updates will be posted periodically. --------------------------------- Description: This map features two vulnerable, low-elevation bases separated by a raised central hall. Above the hall on either side are platforms, with an exposed sniper spawn between them. Four smaller platforms are arranged at the map corners. Jumps are designed into virtually all locations. --------------------------------- Gametypes: FFA, Team Slayer (up to 4 teams), Ricochet, CTF, Extraction, KoTH, Oddball. --------------------------------- Design Notes: Jumps: Most jumps can be executed using NS (120% speed) settings. Two designed jumps require thruster pack with NS. All jumps can be executed with standard (110% speed) + sprint gametypes without thruster. All playing surfaces accessible to jetpacks are accessible via jumping. Spawning: Spawning has been tested up to 4v4 play.
