Can anyone please tell me if they are able to play matchmaking on xbox one? I haven't been able to play any type of matchmaking for over 4 hours now and I can't find any alerts or news about the servers being down. Every forum I have checked hasn't had any topics about there being a problem right now. I thought it might be my set up but I rebooted my console, router and modem, did every test there is and played other games online with no problems at all, so I can't imagine how it could be my system. I keep getting to the 3rd step (Connecting to Server) and this message comes up every time, Attention: There is a problem with the Dedicated Server. I just want to know if it is a server issue that 343 is trying to fix, or if something is wrong on my end, cause it is driving me nuts not knowing! Thanks for any replies, they are greatly appreciated.

So come on, I spent $200 on a new console, $110 on the game and am going to spend $90 for a year subscription and you guys can't even host dedicated servers for me to play on, I have a horrible score already and a horrible xbox experience because im constantly skipping across the map and waiting for new hosts on Halo, why should we pay to use xbox multiplayer when they aren't even dedicated servers, they are just run off of our consoles which is horrible, so many hosts have a dodgey connection and totally just get me killed the whole match because of the connection. Surely with the millions of people who bought Halo and the millions who pay upwards of $90 a year to use online xbox that the math adds up to being able to run dedicated servers, microsoft is a multi billion dollar company, wouldn't more people play your games if you ran dedicated servers so they could play the game without massive lag ect? I'm sure as heck double considering not buying the 12 month subscription and just selling my xbox and halo, atleast PS3 can run a decent connection without needing to charge us money for it. I should have just bought Nexuiz on pc for $10 and run a perfect multiplayer connection.
