Being deranked in halo 2 anniversary?

I was a level 10 before I went into a multiplayer game, after the match i did an update. After the update I go to continue playing and I was deranked to a level 1. Please fix this 343 it's already bad enough I have to wait forever to get in a game and now all of my progress is gone. -
Ok well i was playing and i was sr 44 ranking up to sr 45 and i got the monthly challenge and ranked up fine. I waited till the xp was added and turned my xbox off then went to work. I came back 4 hours later and i log on and now im sr 44 with the monthly challenge completed but now without the xp..? what do i do?

I completed a monthly challenge for 30000 exp and upon completion i leveled up to a 49 and was about half way to a 50. i signed off for the night and when i came back on i lost the exp and was back down to a 47. but the challenge still said complete. my question is who do i talk to about this? i tried xbox ambassador chat and they said contact 343 and this is were i ended up. any ideas?
