Hello. I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I have tried multiple methods of solution to no avail. I purchased the Halo 4 Limited Edition that included the War Games Map Pass, but, like many others, have come back to play Halo 4 after a few months only to find that I am unable to get the latest two maps because it is not recognizing that I have the Map Pass. "Go to your Download History and re-download it." -- I've looked in my Download History. It shows all of the separate pieces that were included in the War Games Map Pass, but not the War Games Map Pass itself. At least, not under that name (is it under a different file name?). "Make sure to do a License Transfer." -- I've had the same Xbox 360 since I downloaded the War Games Map Pass, but I did this anyways. My Licenses are all up to date on this system. '"Are you using the same Gamertag?" -- It is the same account, but I have changed my Gamertag since I purchased Halo 4. Please, help. I'm so frustrated and sad, but mostly just sad.

Hey guys, first time posting i was wondering if you could help me? i bought the war games map pass which lets me download all the dlc, i downloaded the first dlc when it was released (crimson) when majestic was released i downloaded that and the crimson playlist was gone from my matchmaking screen where i pick which gametype i want to play. the same happened for majestic when the castle dlc came out. i deleted all the dlc and the pass from my hardrive and redownloaded it all (pass from marketplace maps from in game store) and its all on my harddrive but only the castle is still coming up in the playlist. does anyone know what im doing wrong? thanks 5te XD

I recently changed to a larger hard drive on the original Xbox 360. I moved all my data (including the Halo 4 map pass and Crimson Map Pack) and my old hard drive is completely empty and so is the USB drive I used. When I went to play halo I noticed that I didn't have the Crimson map pack and it would cost mp to get the majestic. I looked through my new hard drive and found that under Halo 4 there is no map pass or crimson map pack file. I preordered the limited edition and still have the old code (says it was already used, obviously) and have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated!
