I have a problem, since a month and half ago, in the lists of matchmaking doesnt appear the progress of every game type. When finish an online game, for example, it says that 4 games are left for qualify but in the lists appears nothing. And when an online game is finished, the scores appears as 0. Anyone has the same problem or know how to solve it?

Here's my situation. New Xbox one purchased Feb/2015. Solo player. Master Chief Collection. Plan was to work my way through the collection on legendary starting obviously with Halo CE. I've lost my progress several times. Coming from Xbox-360 I'm religious about Save&Quit Often I'll turn on the console the next day and be back several checkpoints. After the 3/4/2015 update I was tossed back to the beginning of the level. I've tried deleting the console save and resyncing from the cloud, no change. I'm not sure what to try. It's unusable at this point. Any ideas if this is isolated to Halo? Thoughts. -
I have tried to be patient. I just figured I'd play through every campaign on legendary (again) while the multiplayer issues were resolved. Even though I was so pissed when I completed Halo CE on legendary and it did NOT unlock the player ID for it. Today, after another update that was suppose to fix things, I tried getting into a BTB game, after waiting 5 minutes, leaving then trying again and waiting another 5 minutes, I said screw it and kept on working on my Halo 2 Legendary progress. Only to find, my saved progress was gone and I had to restart the entire level (Delta Halo, I was almost done). What's the point? Is there a part of this game I can play that isn't completely broken? I love Halo! I was so excited for this, it's the only game I've been playing but I can only take so much. Over a month since launch and it's seriously gotten worse. Why should I even try to continue on playing the campaign if my progress is getting erased? -
I completed the campaign on legendary and today the title update somehow wiped my progress this has happened twice now please help

While playing through on legendary, there is a point in the mission "Reclaimer" where you are on the mammoth and an unidentified ship arrives and shoots a green beam towards the ground. In my game, and I know that I am not alone, the ship never comes even after destroying a very large number of wraiths and ghosts. This process took me at least an hour only for me to find out afterwards that the ship that was supposed to come never came and that the game simply quits progressing at that point. The very last event that ever occurred in the game was a new warthog showing up with two spartans in it. They hopped out and proceeded to aimlessly look and jetpack around the area. After that, nothing, just silence and waiting and the obscure checkpoint trigger here and there. I haven't yet tried restarting the mission just because of how long it took me to reach that point. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know; I can't find one anywhere.
