Hey guys, I was chatting with the xbox live support and they told me they could do nothing about my problem and refered me to this forum so I can have some help. The developers gave nothing to xbox live to fix this problem so I had to post it here, The problem is that I received a message through my console (xbox) saying that I have a redeem code I can use for the specialization. Now the problem is that my redeem code is invalid. I tried a couple times, checked and checked again. No mistakes, I even tried to enter it in my account on xbox.com. Anyways, would somebody help me please? I think I'm supposed to have help from 343 people. Thank you. WHO IIIII

Terrible thing happened today. I got my email with my priority specialization code. I went to redeem it, and somehow it was redeemed to another gamertag... not mine. It was an xbox live account I guess I had created long ago with the email address the code was sent to. Now my redeemed code is stuck in the depths of some useless gamertag with no history and no future activity. At my last wit, I ask for suggestions, though I'm quite certain there is nothing I can do. Would be great if an admin could help me out...
