So i decided to check the wiki page and it said firstly NZ and Canada then it said in about 5 hours EB Games only. I live in Canada and im guessing from what almost every other country says that this is the cold country like the ARCTIC country. Arctic is a Canadian pre-order then right? O.o Anyway, it's probably a weather pun like you said, with Canada being cold, and most of what people see of New Zealand is from Lord of the Rings (mountains, snow, Orcs, all that kinda stuff in New Zealand.)
