Yay4Kieran
In team slayer do you think 4 or 5 players would be better? Personally I prefer a team of five. Also I MAJORLY miss the team slayer maps where there were one or two vehicles, i.e. a ghost in the middle or each team gets a warthog.
iTz Vplus2
I'm sure there are some maps in Reach's Super Slayer playlist that have a ghost. At least 1. And for Halo 4, it'd be cool if there was 1 4v4 playlist without vehicles and 1 5v5 playlist with some vehicles
Mr Biggles
4, its just traditional now. Making it 5 would be silly.
Yay4Kieran
well regardless of the 4 or 5 i still think maps like high ground, rats nest, etc made for a lot of fun because of the vehicles
Spectrum
I'm going to go with secret option number 3, and say 8. Nothing more fun than an 8 v 8 objective/ first to 150 kills slayer match.
Ryu♥Hayabusa
I think a moderate 6 would be nice. Actually, I'd like a playlist for each of the possible numbers. Like 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. That way, You can control the size of the game you want.
Mr. Bashful Brute
I agree on one point, and disagree on another. I think we should keep the classic 4v4. But, I really do miss the maps on H3 with a Ghost or two, a Mongoose, or a Warthog.
Viral
In my opinion, five seems like a reasonable number. It worked in Halo 3's Social Slayer playlist, it could work here. Maybe in Infinity Slayer? The number is not too big for confined spaces, yet not too small for more open areas.
Zuko 'Zarhamee
4, its just traditional now. Making it 5 would be silly. 4 is too traditional. Not making it 5 would be silly.
DoctorB77
I say they should do both.

RedStarRocket91
I personally prefer 4v4 games purely because it makes the connection that much better. It also means you can get an Extermination medal with the Sniper Rifle, which would only be possible via luck rather than skill in a 5v5 game (you have to wait for two enemies' heads to line up, instead of just shooting them one after another). Warthogs would be quite overpowered on most maps in a 4v4 gametype, especially if the turret is anywhere near as vicious as the Halo 3 variant - but I can't see any problems with adding Ghosts into the mix, as that's worked very well before in maps like Isolation, High Ground, and Orbital. It also opens up more fun weapon sandboxes and tactical options - Rocket Launchers are usually horribly overpowered, but if there's a vehicle on the map they become much more balanced, as you have to decide whether killing either the two clustered enemies with Pistols or the guy in the Ghost better benefits your team. 5v5 has its place, I guess, but 4v4 has always worked fine so far and there isn't really any pressing need to change it. Zuko 'Zarhamee
Perhaps they could have a 4v4 playlist and a 5v5 playlist and get rid of the one that doesn't get played as much.
Chaotica
Make various playlists for various team sizes. Problem solved.
