I hope the shoulder deal isn't in Halo 4. O don't remember which shoulder it was, but if you tried to assassinate someone on the bad shoulder it would be like attacking from the front. Like having to hold the button a bit longer to preform it. Either way not like going to complain about it. Adds a challenge to pull it off in a more crowded area.
