On Halo 4, I have no access to any of my armor or loadouts. I'm trapped at SR1. It's completely ruined the game for me. Logging in and out has done nothing. My customization tab still has everything on it and displays the correct loadouts. Is there anything I can do or am I going to have to sell this? Seriously I love the game but if it's stuck like this I have no reason to keep it.

You are currently on a back server kind of thing, its due to your connection, i suggest resetting your wi-fi and trying to open your NAT
