We are original members of KSI who left the corrupt leadership of United and Global to create a fair, and fun gaming community. We accept members 15 and up who generally have to be pretty mature, and must have a mike. Remember, we are the Crusade!!! ~HISTORY~ The original 5 Creators of KSI Crusade are KSI GRizo117 UD, xCobra22, KSI Slayer UD, KSI Famine X629 and KSI SiN2WiN. These 5 people are the original members of R0C who formed this new branch of KSI, the biggest gaming community ever created. They created Crusade in an attempt to make a brand new gaming clan run the way they wanted it to be run- fair and fun! Their past in KSI United was disappointing due to bad leadership. In an attempt to create a clan with their own brilliant leadership skills the new community was born! Our other leaders include KSI HENOSIDE UD who also left KSI UNITED. They originally named their clan KSI CRUSADE, but after some thinking, The name was changed to ROC. You must be at least 15 You must be active and have a mic Must be Mature No discrimination You can only be in one clan- R0C Recruit Quality Members No in game dating (unless prior to joining) Follow the 2 strike policy No degrading jokes No racism NO HACKING These are the ranks in RoC Private Must know the rules of RoC Sign up on website Follow orders from higher ups Corpral Attends Meetings Knows basic ranking structure Have at least 1 recruit Know the recuiting process Sergeant Must have a "RoC" gamertag Know ranks through general Attend meetings at least once a month 4-6 weeks as SGT Lieutenant Should be able to help the higher ranked officers Be able to handle small problems Train Sergeants Understrand all the rules of KSI Crusade Completely understand the rules 4 Lieutenant ranks 6-8 weeks as LT Captain Help set up squad meetings Enforce Major and General Make Recomendations Train officers 4 captain ranks 8-10 weeks as CPT Attends division meetings Major Learn how to manage squad Represent General when General is away Solve problems LT's and CPT's cant solve Attends division meetings General Manages the squad Promotes people in squad Runs Squad meetings Attends Division meetings Squad Commander Manages 2 squads with generals Sets up small division meetings Assists general with promotions past captain Co-Division Commander Does what Squad commander does Assists/learns from Division commander Must find replacement before getting promoted Division Commander Sets division meetings Doesnt get Directly involved with squads Manages Captain through Co-Division Commander SMA (social management agent) Mediates issues Neutral third party Comes in when dispute isnt resolved by General Director (equal to SMA) Looks over up to two Division commander Senior Director Looks over 2-4 division commanders helps division commander-director Creators!
